I'm now unable to login with Github, prior to that I was trying to set up a project from a Github Repo and the connector failed to load in. Gitlab and Gitbucket seemed unaffected by the issue.
Hey there, just wondering if anyone has gone through that particular med shift. I met with my Psychiatrist, just before Father’s Day, I was in a depressive episode and they recommended swapping Bupropion for Lamotrigine. I met with my NP today and we went over the details, we also decided to reduce my Lithium by 150mg due to labs being on the higher side of the range.
I mainly wanted to know if someone’s gone through a Bupropion -> Lamotrigine switch, what if any unexpected side effects they experienced. I’m a little nervous as I’ve been on Bupropion since 2018ish, it actually predates my BP2 diagnosis by about 4 years.
I’m currently on:
- 1800 mg of Lithium Carbonate
- 300 mg of Bupropion XL (Wellbutrin)
The switch is:
- 1650 mg of Lithium Carbonate
- 150mg of Bupropion for 2 weeks going to 0
- Lamotrigine 25mg for 2 weeks, then 50mg for 2 weeks ending at 150mg with a follow-up along the way.
Apologies if I rambled at all, first time posting here. I normally lean on the web and case studies for medication questions, but couldn’t really find anything so I’d greatly appreciate any community experience.

Rav 4 was driving through a yellow light when the white utility truck in the video turned left to beat the yellow. RAV4 struck the back passenger corner. We arrived about 5min after to this inferno.
The driver of the Rav was in the background of the video. He seemed OK - just a little shaken up.
