First things first

If Mercedes can win the WCC while also giving Kimi a chance to become the youngest WDC ever, that has huge sporting and commercial value, the amount they gonna cash in the name of them producing youngest champion ever will be insane

Geroge and kimi never had the same car and treatment with strategies since Australia

George really has some random car problems every week

And when it's not then the team themself ruins his race

But you won't see these kinds of problems with kimi, yes he had a one engine failure and one mechanical failure but I never saw any strategic failures, every strategy seems like it's made to work for him while ruining george

But as compared to George it's nothing, this guy has suffered a lot this season due to his unreliable car and an incompetent team

Russell car problems:

1. Shanghai: Ignition failure in Q3

2. Suzuka: Setup problems

3. Miami: Setup failure

4. Canada: Uncomfortable car + battery failure and then DNF

5. Monaco: Poor grip + oversteer

6. Barcelona: Front-wing adjustment error → 0.7s/lap lost

7. Austria: straight line speed issue

8. Silverstone: Straight-line speed deficit + puncture

9. Belgium: Speed deficit + 30–40% less battery

10. Hungary: Water leak in Q3 + anti-stall issue in main race

Russell team related issues :

1. Suzuka: Poor pit-stop timing despite Russell insisting on staying out.

2. Miami: Bad qualifying release strategy; Russell was compromised by the team’s decision.

3. Monaco: The team forgot to serve his penalty, resulting in a drive-through and dropping him from P3 to P12.

4. Barcelona: Unnecessary front-wing adjustment error.

5. Austria: Blamed Russell’s driving instead of acknowledging the car’s straight-line speed issue.

6. Silverstone: Another unexplained straight-line speed issue, again initially blamed on Russell’s driving.

7. Hungary: The team finally admitted the issue was on their side rather than Russell’s driving.

8. Dutch GP: Team orders forced Russell to swap positions.

9. Monza: Unfavourable tyre strategy.

10. Madrid: like they knew mediums wouldn't work cause of Kimi's data and they put him on mediums anyways Unnecessary second pit stop

I am not discrediting kimi, he is an gernational talent, the best we have seen after max

But seeing all this doesn't seems to be coincidence

But it's easy to win a championship when ur team deliberately nerfing ur teammate and the main title rival against you and making u win

If you still can’t agree with these points, then you’re either a blind Russell hater or just being deliberately stupid

Like, I need some good and wholesome moments between them that feel sad to remember, knowing that Javier eventually didn’t pick Arthur’s side

The first one has to be when Javier went with Arthur to rescue John, but I need a few more

Shanghai:
Forgot to ignite the car properly. The car stopped on track in Q2. What should have been P1 became P2.

Suzuka:
1.Setup failure. The car was sliding everywhere, forcing George to compensate by adjusting the front wing balance and limiting the car’s pace.
2.Before his pit stop, George said the tyres were fine, suggesting there was no need to pit yet, but the team trusted the data over the driver. He pitted straight into a yellow flag situation. What should have been P2 became P4.

Miami:
1.Poor qualifying release strategy. At Miami, going out later is usually an advantage, yet they sent George out first with fuel for two laps.
2.Another setup failure. The race car simply wasn’t in the window. Around lap 30, George adjusted the settings himself and immediately found around 0.8 seconds per lap. He even set the fastest lap on 33-lap-old hard tyres, proving the setup had been wrong from the start. Fixing the car’s setup shouldn’t be the driver’s job.

Canada:
Pole in Sprint Qualifying. P1 in the Sprint. Pole in Qualifying. Leading the race in P1. And yet, from later interviews, we learned that even in Canada, the car still wasn’t exactly comfortable for him to drive. He was simply extremely strong at this circuit and managed to take P1 through constant adjustments and compensation. Because this car is not built around him. Every upgrade, every setup direction, every development trend is shaped around the other driver. In the end, a battery failure took him from P1 to DNF.

Monaco:
George reported after qualifying that the car had less grip than it did in practice and was suffering from oversteer. During the race he had a genuine shot at P3 or P4, with a 15-second gap available before the pit stop phase. Yet the team seemed entirely focused on their other driver and failed to properly account for the 5-second penalty. What should have been a p3, resulted in a drive thru penalty which turned into a finish outside the points.

Barcelona:
Russell dominated the practice and qualifying with a pole
but in race Mercedes admitting that they made a mistake adjusting his front wing in George’s last pit stop, compromising his pace. Where he was lossing 0.7 sec every lap
and And despite George finishing P2 in his 100th race for Mercedes, the team faced criticism for not showing up to celebrate his podium. they also released a post race debrief that did not mention George at all, despite his podium finish

Silverstone:
Straight-line speed deficit — Mercedes couldn't explain why George was losing significant speed on the straights. He then suffered a slow puncture, forcing an unscheduled stop and dropping him to P7, he was very lucky that race, that max dnfed and fubmling by ferrari, he got a p2

Belgiam:
Straight-line speed + battery failure — the Silverstone speed issue continued, with Toto admitting part of the deficit wasn't George's fault. Then, on Lap 1, George had 30–40% less battery, got swamped down the Kemmel Straight and was subsequently taken out in the Hamilton collision.

Hungary:
Water leak + anti-stall — a water leak sprayed the tyres during his final Q3 lap, forcing a power-unit change. Then his car went into anti-stall at the start, dropping him from P6 to P21.

Dutch:
Strategy/team orders — George stayed out during the VSC and was running P2, but Mercedes later instructed him to give P2 to Kimi after Kimi stopped for fresh tyres. george might have holded him back, but if not, by doing this swap he was vulnerable to lewis (fresh softs) it was russell's brilliant defending and a little help from vsc that he hold lewis, and secured p3, if they really wanted to swap, they should have ordered kimi to hold lewis and at by the end of the race then that swap would have made sense

Monza:
Kimi had a new engine, while George was left out on 50-lap-old hard tyres as Kimi was given fresh mediums, effectively turning George into a sitting duck. George had to defend on tyres that had far less life left, while the team gave his teammate the much stronger strategic position. If Mercedes had pitted George as well, he would have had fresh tyres to fight with rather than being left vulnerable, A fair fight between both Mercedes drivers would have been great, but once again, Mercedes made a decision that put George at a disadvantage when they had the opportunity to protect both drivers.

The home race curse is starting to make more sense now

Getting this phone for around 22K after exchanging a 3–4-year-old Samsung phone

Yesterday night, I got this tempered glass applied to my Edge 70, I was in a hurry, but I specifically told the shopkeeper that I wanted a borderless one that wouldn’t cover any part of the display, Unfortunately this one has thick black borders that cut into the screen from all sides, as you can see in the pictures, and it makes the screen look really ugly

Can anyone recommend a good, truly borderless tempered glass for the Motorola Edge 70 that fits properly, doesn’t cover any part of the display, and actually looks good?
