Dealer Brand New Scooter. Rode it home, first time driving through city, it's 96 F outside right now, and she tanked it all. This machine and I have already bonded by this trial by fire shit.

I know it's just a china 50, but it's MY china 50. I still prefer my wife's metropolitan, but this vs my ruckus... Idk lol

I know I might be insane but I think I'm downgrading from a ruckus back to Chinese scooters

Hello all, I know the tittle is a bit wild but let me explain. I've had ownership of this 2009 ruckus for about 8 months and it has been the biggest headache of my 10 year life owning mopeds/scooters. I spent 1200 dollars initially on it but my first warning signs is when it was delivered to me it had issues starting, (it was about 35 degrees outside) so I gave it some slack, it eventually started and I started slowly fixing all the issues it had in the winter since it would be a pain in the ass to start in 10-30 degrees F weather. I'm not far mechanically inclined, I can do basic maintenance, clean and dissemble a carb, crimp wires and have general knowledge of how to diagnose issues thanks to my years messing with tomos mopeds and china gy6, and figured with spring it should be fine to ride. And it was, I took my Ruck on 20 mile trips, it was a blast until it wasn't. I know the ruckus has electrical gremlins as the bike has already eaten through 3 batteries, the electric start never works and unless you keep it on a tender, the battery will die in suburban stop and go traffic, but it's fine since I kick start it.... Until it isn't. Yesterday when it was 99 degree F I took the bike out after sitting for 2 days not being ridden, it stalled, like loss all power 4 times, almost killing me as one of the times it happen at a light intersection, you would have think it overheated, I have no idea why this happens and Franky I'm done messing with it and I'm headed to my local Chinese atv/motorsport dealer today to pick out a brand new china 50/150 and selling the ruckus to a more enthusiast that will treat it well.

(I dont hate Honda scooters, I gave my wife my 2018 metropolitan that she rides daily all year i got at 300 miles, it has had 7k issue free miles with only oil changes and a new tire and she even took it on a 300 mile round solo trip across the state to visit a friend at high temps, shits bullet proof)

Sometimes, it is "just quickplay"

Hello everyone, I recently came back to super casually play ow again (5-6 games every other day at most) to try out shion and while I suck at dps the most its my most played role as it's just fun with the most fan characters I love playing in the roster. Very quickly I was reminded why I tend to fall out of favor very quickly, the very nano second your kd goes negative, that quick play game quickly becomes the owl world cup finals 2-2 Match and you have ppl typing up a storm on console, flaming you on team chat to switch off, flame, bm lol. My battle tag also gets ppl wild up, when I was a fill player in 6v6 6 years ago (holy shit I'm old) the name EchoOneTrick was free change and I like the joke since echo can become anyone, I basically 1 trick echo no matter who I pick lol.. which leads to interest pre lobby discussions or the enemy seeing it (if I'm not in streamer mode) to try and ego chall echo.. while I'm on reaper.. very interesting community.

While i used to be the "counter swap, why queue in if you don't wanna win" guy 9 years ago (holy fuck) I now play this game solo queued on my switch 2, on my giant ass 70 inch tv, id rather have fun going 0-7 on anran/shion or whoever I want to play than go 1-6 on mei because she has a .02% favorable Match up into dva/genji because someone screamed and slurred in coms lol. I even turned off all communication recently, picked who I want and had a very enjoyable evening last night after some final fantasy.

Tldr: it is indeed just quickplay, pop open a beer and relax

Edit: sorry for the horrible grammar and structure, still waking up

Blitz to E4, my post cori decklist

https://ygoprodeck.com/deck/blitz-to-e4-717790

Howdy, making this to give some possible insight and get feedback on my first decklist I made that I've spent a lot of time testing various cards.

Blitz/Angelechy

The game plan hopefully is a dedicated go 2nd deck using algelechy e4 trap to disrupt and control the opp turn 0 and then using our blitzclique starters to pop what's left and otk/gain advantage and break boards

The game 2 plan is to side out the Angelechy stuff to pivot to ryzeal in the case the opponent makes us go first if we win game 1. Game 3 if we make it to it is player/matchup dependent. Ultimately we are a control deck focused on breaking boards, this list is mostly for the local/maybe regional level and if we try for higher competitive play, you can swap the Angelechy stuff for floodgates like raioh/difi/shifter

My favorite part of this game is trying dumb bad cards and trying them at locals.

I swear cherrys will get a top in the big 26 or I'll die trying

My journey as a new player, it's been a interesting 3 months

Hello, wanted to give my experience of this card game as a fresh new player who never interacted with Yugioh aside from the anime and collecting as a kid and my expierence of it thus far.

I first got into the game one night after no one showing up to play commander with me on a Friday and since I didn't want to go home I decided to pick up a chronicles deck, the spirit charmers since that was my favorite archetype as a kid with the 1850 beaters, and I signed up for locals with only an hour to read the cards and try games. I wanted to say that night went horrible, my first 2 or 3 games were stomps, into pre support kt and yummy fiendsmith, even tho all my plays got negated/ash/ or popped, something...sparked a little joy so I had plans to return with the 3x spirit charmers deck and following a guide for it. Until the day after when I went to our actual mtg day my good friend who plays got a modern deck just for x-sabers and decided to give me a pretty untouched mitsurugi and sky striker deck. I watched some guides and combos since I had no idea what a link summon was and figured out, wow this deck is pretty playable.

Fast forward to next locals, and I tried again using a mitsurugi+sky deck, into heros, yummy again and dinos, I still made alot of bad/illegal plays and didn't know what to do when my main combo got interrupted. So back to the drawing board and on a whim, looking at the decks, I decided to try pure sky striker. In MTG I played alot of control, and loved drawing cards, so after looking at some lists, talking with sky striker cord , watching videos, getting some feedback, I took my first pure striker list to locals for week 3, not only did I manage to win a game, I managed to win matches, my first ever, 2-2, my adrenaline got pumping, the satisfaction of pot of greeding with engage, the satisfying of breaking boards. That moment, I was hooked.

After this successful night for me, I decided to try master duel, and that's when I knew this was my next main hobby and all other tcg was done for me. I dumped about 40 hours, 12 my first day, learning the game, grinding, opening packs until I was able to make sky striker on MD and grind my way to plat 1, after getting an itch to play another Archtype I randomly tried KT and since blazing Dominion had just come out, I pre ordered the new stuff/bought a core locally of the old stuff and jammed it for about 2-3 weeks, cementing my ability to consistently end 2-2 locally but still losing some games 2-0.

During the last month I've heavily been watching nationals, grinding on MD to diamond, almost breaking into masters, even foiling out my sky striker deck (my first ever fully foil Archtype), collected my first rarity collection of (all premium gold rare hand traps), and thanks to all the time and effort I am currently almost able to top locals (2-2) seems to be my record but most of my games I lose are (1-2) now I no longer get swept, and I managed to win in a sky striker mirror making some very good reads and play. I have even decided my next pet Archtype (main deck) will be Blitzclique as it kinda supports that going 2nd play style of sky striker to break boards, and hand trappy build of KT. Infact I spent about 7 hours on edopro trying out different builds, rt/blitzclique, blitzclique HT, blitzclique with ryzeals. I really do enjoy this game waaaay to much.

Tldf: I quit 10 years of magic to play yugioh, it was a rough start but after putting in the time I feel confident and enjoyment out of the most skill expressive and intensive tcg I ever played.

My current locals deck before cori.

Hello everyone, after messing around with kt a bit I decided to play sky at locals again and had a blast, even tho ended 2-2 I still won a Sky mirror and I was proud of my choice making skills decided in probably gonna play exclusively Sky for a bit.

This is my current list after making some changes, I had 2 upstarts but quickly went into eagle boosters after seeing every deck pretty much making F&V or a Harmonia. The RT package is new and finally got to play, absolutely loved it so I probably won't go back to a desires build anytime soon. I'm thinking of cutting the last upstart and moving droll/ghost belle to main so I have another side deck slot for a 2nd Shark Cannon for Branded game 2/3.

I will probably replace Garura with a Mud Dragon at some point as same type same attribute rarely comes up into popular decks (branded, kt, elfnote), and right now I've been using Albion the sanctifire dragon as my branded s poly choice because it can't be targeted, can't be fused and the quick effect can make some interesting otk lines/or possibley remove a walbaz or something from Thier gy, I definitely think dogma is probably better for board clearing, but I had a blast using sanct personally.

Since the lower seat frame kinda ruins most available back racks, decided to try a cheapo wire basket on the small front rack

(I guess these are considered e-mopeds so I posted it here) The wife always makes fun of the milk crate, but I wouldn't ride without one.

Why do turn 0 plays/Hand Traps get a bad rap?

I've been playing since April and have been playing between kt and sky striker at locals and recently decided to craft and try enneacraft on Master Duel, since it's mostly engine with very little to no interaction going 2nd if I lose the coin flip I often just watch the opponent play, however the endboards of these uninterrupted seem impossible to break, like primite blue eyes had like 7 negates plus HTs, mimicghoul pretty much flooded my entire board and prevented me from using hand effects (which for enneacraft it's a hard floodgate) the only game going 2nd I felt like I actually had fun was with a sky striker and sometimes branded.

I just don't know why it seems the online chatter seems to hate turn 0 plays or HTs when they seem to allow you to play the game
