I downloaded the night city reborn collection and now my game won't start past the cynosure loading screen. Does anyone have any fixes or know if its a certain mod causing the issue?

I created a new profile for the collection.

I have the settings it recommended.

scroll through some posts and people giving advice like:

"Keep your resume short"

"Dont use colours or too many columns"

"Dont attach a photo"

"Keep it one page"

But my question is. Are we sure all sectors use the same software/hiring process?

Whos to say that the programming sector doesnt like multi column resumes?

Or the marketing sector would dislike a colourful resume?

I know that lots of company's are moving to bots/Al to do the sorting. Which doesnt rule out that their bots/A only scans the wording. What if the algorithm treats multi columned resumes as more experienced?

Take a look at the text book example for a iob applicationt hat thing has text boxes uneven columns.

What im saying is mavbe using colours and patterns will make your resume stand out if your applying for a creative iob role, maybe using different organised columns will land vou that accounting role, maybe a section about the types of food you love to cook will get you that chef role

Im using two different rigs. And during animating the second rig the audio desynced with the pace of the whole animation. It only happens when i animate the second character or change modes.

Will this problem stay after render? Am i doing something wrong?
