How is it ?
I have been using Fedora KDE edition for a while now and i love how smooth and indeed stable everything is. It never crashed for me. I really like that i can update trough Discover and it keeps me pretty up to date. But is Debian different for gaming or just as good?
I kinda just want an OS that runs smooth out of the box
Been running it for some days now
and been reading about updates breaking Windows which makes me even more enjoying Fedora.
I mean i am a casual user like very casual, but still when i have a game open, running Spotify, Discord and Firefox in the background it just refuses to crash like i am very sure i can run my system in this state for hours and it never for it to crash
But what is your term of why Fedora is actually stable? would have loved to know it.
I wanted to go for stability so keep using CachyOS was kinda a no go for me any more as i was quite afraid a update would break something. And to my surprise everything runs just as fast as it did on CachyOS even installing games was super simple. Steam just did everything for me
I only have tried Bazzite and CachyOS so far
and to me CachyOS is pretty much endgame, cause everything worked out of the box and did feel much faster than Bazzite did for me.
But honestly thinking about trying out Fedora, cause i am a bit afraid that i might get a bad update that breaks my system, but so far it didn't happen
Like for real, i am drinking less and less energy drinks since they are not good for me. But like having a medium sized can would'nt hurt even with the sugar free once i feel like one can be too much
Why is Windows still so far behind when it comes to Updates and so insane slow?
I mean i get it when i need to reboot for an Major OS update or an kernel update, bur normal program updates or something? Cachy pretty much hasn't asked me to reboot once.
also doing updates in general is just so much faster and it doesn't disturb you
Have been using the ft1 and ft1 pro for a while instead.
But now as i put back on my 109 they seem to be very great they just seem to be more live like sounding very fun indeed. The fr1 pro has a more stereo image while the 109 pro is almost 3d like i could'nt find another way to describe them
Also the bass is very good for being a dynamic driver
What a great setlist, this guy is still nailing it
Been using CachyOS for little while now and i am really happy with it
And it looks really great on my oled too, the experience is actually very similar to Windows.
But i am still questioning if i miss anything, something i should do maybe?
HDR on the games i have tired so far is flawless btw
Gaming on it is just so easy and fun and it just works!
Tried bazzite before but had some strange delays when i played assasins creed with a controller, cachy solved that issue
And somehow games feel smoother even if the fps are quite similar to Windows. Maybe i have better 1% lows on cachy? I have no clue, i did'nt benchmark it
