I just realized I havent cleaned my Pivot in two weeks. With my Peak Pro, I clean it weekly, and i usually do the same with my Pivot.

When i realized it had been two weeks, I thought i should take the chamber off and take a look (since my Peak always has slight residue) and there was literally nothing, which isnt surprising by the way its designed.

I clean my chamber well after each use, and nothing really builds up inside of it. How often should I be soaking it in 99% iso? Is there even a point with this device?

I'm constantly seeing the same big series talked about on this sub. Its great to have a place to talk about and share our love for these shows and im all for it, especially starting off new people with the essentials.

I've seen all the CRT/Retro anime staples (at least from around 1998 - 2005ish).

I'm looking for the shows no one talks about. No matter the genre, age rating, no matter how bizarre. I just want to watch some anime I've never heard before.

I recently watched Barefoot Gen, Kite, and Tortov the Traveler. They all felt pretty unique, and i had never heard anyone mention them here.

What are your favorite shows that no one seems to know?

Yuzuru Kashiwabara is my favorite bassist. I'm a huge fan of his sound and playstyle, and I've followed all of his side projects that im aware of.

His band Otouta dropped an album called '2009042509p.m.' in 2009, and it seems it isnt available anywhere. all ive been able to find are auctions that ended last year.

It would be cool if anyone has a copy, .flacs would be nice, but .mp3s would also suffice. If someone could direct me somewhere to buy the CD, it would be even better.

I've been trying to get FATE to run on my Windows XP computer via the offline installer. It originally supported Windows XP on release, and ran great when I first played it. now, using GOG, it's unable to boot after the installation.

Why would GOG patch games so that they no longer run on their original OS, and not leave the originally installer that supports the games intended OS?

Sure I can play FATE on Windows 11, but it somewhat defeats the entire purpose of having a Windows XP build and CRT monitor.

Is there any way to use original installers via GOG? its great they patch games to work with modern systems, but it really seems weird that they wouldn't keep the unpatched versions accessable.

I'll provide my error code, but I doubt a KERNEL issue can be fixed. "the procedure entry point QueryFullProcessImageNameA could not be located in the dynamic ink library KERNEL32.dll"

I recently bought the first 4 episodes of Kamichu. The show was produced and broadcasted in 4:3 aspect. So as one does, I watched it as intended.

The problem is, I want to continue the series, but im only able to find 16:9 cropped videos of the show. even my usual sources don't have the original 4:3 recordings and I havent been able to find them anywhere.

Does anyone have any ideas on how I could watch the series in 4:3 without having to order every DVD? I got the first four episodes in person at a local store, and they dont have the following volumes.

I've been putting together parts to build a Windows XP era PC. All I'm missing now is DDR2 and an HDD.

I can source an HDD basically anywhere selling electronics. but for obvious reasons, its much harder finding DDR2 anywhere in Kingston or close by.

I've been a Whirr fan for awhile now. I liked their last album, but i did start to realize that they seemed to have a bit of a "formula" around their music. The vocal flow seemed to always be the same, and they started really banking on these hard drops that always sound the same, and build up in the same way.

I just listened to their new single promoting the Lustre split ep, and it honestly sounds exactly like any song off of raw blue. im assuming they're trying to capitalize off of their new audience by doing what was proven to work, but it makes them sound somewhat boring, and I've honestly lost interest in their music.

Anyone here feel the same? not trying to bash on Whirr, I have their vinyls, etc, this is just how im truthfully feeling.

I was straight up on the grind from 2016 - End of service. I had so many limited and powerful character, and that game had so much charm.

Almost spent a decade of my life playing and competing with friends. it was a huge part of my time in highschool, and my friends and I even continued playing after that.

Pokopoko just sucks period. do you think there will ever be a chance of a classic Pokopang revival?

Pokopang was a Line game, the auto mod seems to disagree.

I've watched a total of 63 series in 4:3 aspect, ranging from the late 80s to the end of the aspect ratio being prominent in the early 2000s.

Most shows were pretty niche, and i genuinely haven't watched nearly any of the popular shows, other than Berserk and Boogiepop.

What are your favorite series? overall popularity doesnt matter at all, and id love to hear everyone's favorites!

Recently I've been into recording and documenting abandoned buildings in the general kingston area. Theres a surplus of locations online, but its hard to determine whether theyve been demolished or not.

Has anyone checked out any abandoned locations within the past year? if so, please send some recommendations!

I'm getting a Pivot today. it's the pine variant, and im curious to what chamber replacement will be like.

For example, with with 3DXL chamber, the silicone comes completely off, and if I wanted to, I could put it on a replacement chamber.

Since the Pivot Pine variant is limited edition. Im wondering if when the time comes to replace the chamber, would I be able to take the pine off of my previous chamber, and replace the black chamber with the pine?

I was at Pizza Hut on Bath Rd last night and haven't been able to find my car key since (i was in another car at the time). It was either dropped at this location, or its somewhere in my home.

I got this car used, and haven't been able to get a spare key yet. If the key is found, I can take another car to meet and give payment as a reward.
