Is this a workable solution?

I've been in autism communities and a small faction believes if they cut off all support for anyone without intellectual disabilities and extreme 24/7 care there would be enough resources for them.

I'm skeptical because I think a lot of people in the West don't want to put in the emotional labor these jobs require even with high pay.

But let's say we do cut support off. If we do could we affordable to pay caregivers $100 an hour to care for these high need people?

My guess is the math doesn't work out. we would still need to increase funding which this small group doesn't want.

right now the pay for caregivers is quite low

Has anyone transmitted on 10-11 meters using Diamond D3000N discone?

It's not rated for 10 meters but perhaps some people have experimented given it does have the the long whip for lower frequencies

I have two wireless analog video transmitters that transmit at the ends of the 2.4 ghz spectrum for up to 200-300 feet according to their manual.

After doing this I noticed on Netspot I no longer see many wifi stations on channel 1 and 11 and their adjacents which is to be expected.

But I noticed my neighbors wifi transmitter on channel 11 is gone today.

Online I've found a couple of anecdotes that the wireless analog transmitters can take off an entire block's wifi signals but little else. The land kind of slopes down from my house so their's kind of line of sight between my transmitters and their houses.

The trasnmitters are outdoors. I like how they can roughly tell what times of the day the bands get busy.

the nearest houses are like 40-50 feet away

A cursory look in the comments within the first three minutes reveals a couple of violations.

Surely a 30 minute look will find more. https://ghostarchive.org/archive/ZZClG

Burnout just means you might have to have mods you don't resonate with.

If Reddit doesn't remove something they may have ran out of time. it doesn't prove the rules relaxed
