I know some of you would scoff at me and call me ignorant and say, "just because it's a video game where you explore a haunted house and fight ghost doesn't make it a ripoff". But I don't know maybe you're right and I'm just imposing my autistic Mario hyper fixation onto something that has nothing to do with it, and I wouldn't be lying if I said when I was younger that every time I went to Disney World I contemplated of bringing my Nintendo 3ds and play Luigi's Mansion Dark Moon while riding the attraction and almost did but I think it was my younger brother who caught me trying to play with my 3ds while boarding one of the doom buggies. (I might still have that idea in my head to bring my Nintendo Switch if I ever go back to either the magic kingdom or Disneyland and again attempt to play either Luigi's mansion 1 or 2 while riding the ride cause logistically I'd have to play 3 in the tower of terror since that game has you explore a haunted hotel.}

I like to think it plays like either a traditional turn based rpg like final fantasy or dragon’s quest or maybe an action rpg like dark souls, Zelda, Elder Scrolls or Elden Ring.

as kid I mainly watched Cartoon Network the most as I only tuned in to Nickelodeon for shows like Spongebob, Jimmy Neutron, and Fairly OddParents.
