2025 Lux 3 or Sport 3

Hi,

Questions:

Other than styling, ie exterior molding and trim any mechanical or interior differences?

Any options I want to look for?

How do I tell if it has the 19.2kv option, I'm interested in V2H.

Thanks

Best deck board protection

Wondering why most folks stain the deck boards, the ones you walk on, versus using paint, is there any reason?

Percale Sheets

I love 100% cotton but can't stand soft, I like a crisp, cool sheet. I believe percale is the way to go. Any suggestions on brands and deals, I would like quality, ie 400 thread count. Thanks!

Drainage issue

I have water intrusion in a basement below this area. Looks like two courses of cinderblock on top of a poured concrete wall. The water enters over the top of the concrete wall. The cinderblocks are not visible or accessible from inside the basement. This is a hidden part of my yard so doesn't need to be pretty. Can I simply dig out till the concrete cinderblock junction is visible and then apply self adhesive waterproof roofing material and backfill so that water drains away or do I need a French drain also. Water is only a problem when we get torrential downpour and the gutter overflows, unfortunately right into the trouble area.

Bridgestone Turanza Quiettrack

2023 toyota crown limited 19" tires.

These tires seem to fit my criteria for quiet/comfort, traction, and longevity however I'm concerned about my fuel economy.

Anyone have real world experience or suggest an alternative?

Thanks

How to deal with this?

I tried using spray foam to close this off, it's a black top driveway where it meets the concrete aprons into the garage. Whatever's living in there has dug out the foam twice, what should I use to control this?

We live in the country and try to get along with the animals but I can't have them destroying my house, is there something I can put in here that they can't dig out or do I have to kill them first and if so what should I use?

Not sure exactly what it is but based on the size I would guess some sort of rodent Mouse, chipmunk, have not seen Rats on the property, might be something else?

Thanks

Curtain ideas

14 foot span, custom woodworking. Really don't want to screw anything in. Was thinking some sort of tension bar but that doesn't seem possible given the width. Goal is to block light for sleeping but maximize the view during the day. Ie the windows and woodwork are the decorating focus, just need lightblocking for sleep. Any ideas? Thanks
