This was yesterday, Thursday September 17th, at the City Council meeting to appeal the Project Taurus Data Center next to Gargen of the Gods in Colorado Springs. The woman speaking had her name quickly said and skipped past, like many names yesterday. Several times people had to yell that they were there and to wait and stop trying to read the next name. When Wendy got to the podium, she asked if she could finally have her turn to speak. The council walked over her, disregarding her and calling names over pleas from both her, as well as the crowd, to give this woman the two minutes of speaking time that she had signed up for.

Council, displeased with the people that they represent asking them to let a young woman have the time she was allotted, called a recess.
Since it was recess, it was our time, right?
Well, if Colorado Springs City Council wasn't going to let her speak and wasn't going to listen? The audience was.
She was handed a megaphone and started to speak. As someone who started towards the front of the audience(Row D) that she was NOT disrupting council members because */* could barely hear her.
Regardless, the cops swarmed in, which you can see in this video.
Caleb, the man tased and punched, was holding onto his sibling. He was not an active threat. He was not brandishing a weapon.

As you can see in this video, he did nothing to warrant a use of "less-than-I*thal" force or ce.
You see Caleb and his sibling dragged away in this video, but what you don't see is that the cops came back and sneakily arrested Wendy later in the evening.
