We were in the drive thru and he was looking out the window waiting for his nuggies. And then HE STARTED CUSSING THEM when they weren’t being delivered quick enough.

Let me preface:
She’s always been wild. I love it. I know she’s a puppy with puppy energy. It’s more of just a vent than actually looking for advice. I’m heavily involved in dog rescue and am probably more familiar than most people.
Riley has recently decided that bedtime = playtime. I. CANNOT. Get her to settle.
Trying to get the other dogs up. Getting down to chew stuff up. Pawing me in the face.
The last 2 nights I’ve ended up putting her in the crate to sleep. This morning she woke me up at 5 with her singing since she wanted out 😒
I guess you could say she’s a baby dinosaur and is just… baby-dinosaur-ing. She’s giving mama a run for her money 😩
Sebastian always tries to bust past me and rush out to the car! He’s seriously obsessed with it! He also tries to bite passing cars 😭
When I was first getting Riley (as a baby), and mentioned she was a rescue on this sub, I had someone suggesting that she wasn’t.
Riley is from Save Rocky the Great Dane rescue. If anyone is not familiar, you should def check them out. They are a nationwide rescue. I was a pre approved adopter and was one of the lucky few to get one from the litter.
She is my beautiful girl who was born within days of me losing my last Dane, and it felt very full circle and meant to be. I will never take for granted how lucky I am to have my beautiful Riley Ritz! 8 months old as of a few days ago :))
I’m honestly so relieved. I still believe I have a sensitivity, but both parents have celiac so I was very suspicious I may have it.
I’ll remain in the sub for my parents if you all don’t mind!
After 2 glorious weeks of returning to a normal life (despite my stomach hating me… a bit), it really hasn’t been as bad as I thought. Being able to eat, whatever I want has honestly been like dying and going to heaven after 7 years of GF.
Finally got the time off work and did two weeks of eating gluten every day. Now tomorrow is the moment of truth.
