I absolutely cannot believe it. I’m a leukemia and bone marrow transplant survivor, and thanks to treatment, I went into menopause at 37. I shot up to my highest weight of 266 about a year ago.
And as of today, I’m down 67 pounds and in the 100s for the first time since my 20s!!! Microdosing Tirz for the last 4 1/2 months.
HW: 266
GLP SW: 238.8

Absolutely love the color of these garden roses I picked up at Trader Joe’s today - and the chamomile! So fun and so pretty. I’ve told my husband to never go to the florist again when all of this is under $15! ☺️
This is a Riva Designs tulip pot! There was no price on it, so the cashier gave it to me for $3.99! The colors make me so happy and I can’t wait to plant something in it 🙃
Found at Goodwill outside of Seattle, WA!
Excited to try them both! I saw the Peñafiel posted in here, but have never tried it. The tangerine vanilla is new to me, although I love TJ’s black cherry vanilla flavor!
I’ve looked at 5 different stores for the Bubly or Kroger brand melted ice pop - I can’t find it anywhere! Anyone in Seattle find it anywhere? At least I found this new-to-me Spindrift flavor that I’m excited about!
With Amazon Prime days coming up, are there any must-buy cookbooks you’re excited about? I snagged a Japanese cookbook and “Umma,” the ATK’s Korean cookbook (both excellent). Also eyeing “Dishoom” and “Delicious Tonight” (RecipeTin Eats).
Suggestions welcome!
I’m curious if anyone has gone from microdosing to a regular dosage, and what your experience has been.
I’ve been on Tirzepatide since February, and I’ve lost 36 pounds. The weight loss has been amazing! There has only been a week or two where I didn’t lose. I started at 1.0 mg and was there for 2 weeks, then went to 1.5 for 10 weeks. I’ve been at 2.0 mg for 5 weeks or so.
The last week or so, the food noise feels very loud again. It could be because I’m transitioning into summer (I’m a middle school teacher, and summer started a couple days ago), and I’m figuring out my schedule and being home around food all the time. But - it could be I need to increase, which would be to 2.5.
Thanks for reading and for any advice!

This is a truly lovely little cookbook! It’s marked down to $7 on Amazon right now (down from $30), and I’m so glad I got it. Incredible recipes, lovely photography, and lots of information and family history behind each recipe. Highly recommend!
Finally some good luck - and I’m off for the whole summer, so I can go to Dollar Tree anytime!
I’m a middle school teacher - one more day and I can hang out with my girl all summer!
I really wish WinCo sold this peaches & cream sparkling water in cans - this is hands down one of my favorite sparkling waters! I buy the 1-liter bottles every time I’m at the store.
A few other WinCo faves: strawberries & cream, cranberry raspberry
The stained glass lamp gods smiled upon me today! I’ve been looking for this exact lamp for reading!
Looking forward to trying out some new things!
For me, I’d say…
Honorable mentions: regular ol’ Topo Chico, Waterloo melon medley, and plain Seattle tap water carbonated above and beyond in our SodaStream 😆

Second & third: speciality cookbooks
Fourth: my husband’s cookbooks & more extras!
The bees LOVE my California Lilac! It’s constantly abuzz (literally). Even a hummingbird came by!
Successfully befriended a crow! We have named them Fran. Fran likes to sit on the railing and cluck at me until I put out peanuts or a tasty treat!
