What’s your opinion on Chaturanga ? Are your arms suppose to be at a 90 degree angle or is that hobwash?

I’ve been hearing a lot recently that your arms being at a 90 degree angle isn’t that necessary for chaturanga because it’s not how a body normally moves.

I know as long as your core is engaged and hot head and shoulders aren’t flopping forward to the floor it’s a win but, I don’t know.

What’s your opinion?

Had a very humbling experience today at the gym when I learned I struggle to stand up from sitting criss cross applesauce

Brooooooo!! I hate seeing parents who support their unbehaved children!

Defendants got sued for damaging plaintiff’s car with bricks and the kids (f16, m15) kept denying it and the step dad said he was there on the scene and only saw them arguing and stayed when he heard cops were coming to say his son didn’t do anything.
like wtf!! People shouldn’t have kids if they can’t teach them to control themselves and then when the kids end up in court they say, “I believe my child,” like really?

Rants done.

Is this good progress to have in 5 months?

I first tried the firefly pose about 5 months ago, almost 6, and since I’ve been practicing different things that would help and today I decided fuck it and tried it.
I gotta say, I felt pretty good about myself after feeling a huge difference in the way my body felt in that pose.
But, in 5 months is this good progression ? Should I be further along than I am?

I mean, I get it, it should be the other way around because Koontz is better than King 🤔😁

Feeling kinda down, can you share a picture of your favorite plant, please ?

Thinking about all the plants I’ve killed since starting my plant journey and it bummed me out how many “easy to care” plants I’ve killed :(

Can I see some of your favorite plants to keep my spirits up?

I just need to boil it in water and it’ll be ready for a festival ☺️

COMP 169days ago vs 1 day ago. I came to this subreddit for help on wild thing and the advice I got has help tremendously.

I know the first one is a bad pov but I posted a video of me doing wild thing asking why my arm was shaking and I got a lot of advice that I’ve been implementing into my practice. I hope I’m doing better :) thank you to this community 💕
