Bikefit advice please

I have tried to cope with the frame being too small for me using a 150 mm +17 degree stem. Reach is still feeling too short. Also my hands are starting to go numb after 2+ hours of riding. I've moved the saddle backwards but the hip angle began to feel uncomfortable, so I left the saddle position as on the video. Otherwise my fit feels comfortable even on century rides.

Probable solutions (except changing the frame):

  1. Move the saddle backwards and adapt to narrower hip angle and increase the reach

  2. 150 mm + 7 degree stem to increase the reach by approximately 10 mm

  3. Which benefits would give for me putting my foot deeper in the strap? (Imitating a more mid-foot-ish cleat position)

Russian woman burned down her own apartment on the instructions of a telephone scammer to "get insurance"

The scammer convinced the woman that he had found a "brilliant scheme" for quick enrichment: to set fire to the apartment, film everything on video and receive a large insurance payout.

During the call, he controlled the arson process live. When the fire had already broken out, the scammer calmly asked her to wait at least five more minutes to "correctly capture everything on camera."

Moreover, he convinced her not to leave the apartment, although the room was already full of smoke.

As a result, the woman ran outside only when it became impossible to breathe. The apartment burned down completely.

How is my fit?

Probably the saddle is a bit high and also the frame is too small (i have a 130mm stem) Generally stack feels too low and reach slightly short. Should I try a 150mm +17 deg stem?

Help me identify the model of my guitar (Помогите определить модель моей гитары)

A friend gave me a guitar and said he didn't need it. tried to find information about it. There was something similar, but it's not quite right. Maybe it's a hybrid of donor specifications, etc. Because the electronics show that it was repaired. I would be very grateful if you know the name of this model.

Completed the 360km (224 mi) ride yesterday (Giro d'Italia 2026 Stage 3 route 2x)

Almost the entire route corresponds to stage 3, except that I drove on a different road between Plovdiv and Pazardzhik (less cars) and also went around Borovets Pass on a different road (there is a big 600+ meter climb, which would have been too much for a 360 km ride)

Distance: 360.2 km (224 mi)

Elevation gain: 2281 m (7484 ft)

Average speed: 27.6 km/h

Moving time: 13:03:36
