for me it’s when the writer put a third party to get the main characters fall in love, like a love triangle but not exactly a love triangle.
A likes B
B likes A (but they’re enemies so they’re in denial for so long)
and C comes in. C likes A.
A knows it and leads C, but A doesn’t like C.
C knows that A is in love with B and B is too.
A does that to get out of the feeling of liking B.
B knows that C likes A and thinks that A likes C too. and then A and B distance themselves cause of that/ from the misunderstanding. then A decides to forget B by having sex with C.
that immediately threw me off. though it would have been a great fic without that part.
(just sharing what happened to me recently, not disrespecting the people who like those and the writers. you can read and write whatever you want. I just wanna know if there’s similar incidents, the whether you’ve faced something like this too.)
I’m currently in love with BTS poly fics. so recommend me anything good. I love rarepairs, dynamics, tropes whatever you call it, anything rare and long fics. I love plot focused ones with no character centrics. I’m sayin just in case, I won’t mind.

I’ve been trying to find some for months now and I couldn’t find anything properly. I couldn’t find any good historical fanfic that’s not A/B/O or Vampire AUs. I’m fine with fantasy but if I click a historical fic it’s either abo or vampire AUs. can anyone suggest me some? I like long, happy ending fics that’s well written. any dynamic/trope. Any! I like poly—BTS as well.
I liked the performance, it was clear, energetic and cheerful, even if it was a bit short. dynamite has that happy positive festival atmosphere. I was vibing the whole time. Shakira and BTS really made it feel like a fifa World Cup halftime show. I wish they at least had 3–4 minutes, together.
but BTS have so many good songs I wish they chose something different like ON, not today, FYA, body to body, mic drop. or a short remix of two of them. don’t get me wrong I liked the performance it was good to be honest but I was wondering ‘why always dynamite, butter or permission to dance?’
what do you think?
edit: well I understand almost all non-army people mostly know dynamite, butter and permission to dance. but I thought it would’ve been a good difference for a change. I know most of people wouldn’t agree with this, it’s my personal opinion, I felt like sharing.

I need BTS fic recs that’s well written with great grammar, long (at least more than 50,000 words, I mostly like 200–300k word count) and happy ending. I don’t care about the dynamic honestly (I used to read vkook/kookv a lot though) I’m okay with all the explicit mature themes. shouldn’t be boring I like it when a lot going on inside the fic. I find real–life settings a bit boring but I’m okay with it too if you find it good. I like fantasy horror thriller action and romance! BUT anything is welcomed.

I love music, when I say I love music I meant despite the language barriers no matter the country no matter the language I’d listen if it sounds good to me.
today I posted some news related to music on my story and a man (I know him for years) commented on that, which was clearly an insult. he was trying to put it down (the artist I like) just from one sentence. I understand strangers doing that but he was a friend since 2020. I was a bit speechless and breathless from that comment.
And, he doesn’t even know much about the artist, he just know the name have seen them. as I know the artist has never done something bad to be reacted that way.
when I asked him why? he said, wait I’ll paste it right here: “relax it was clearly rage bait you just can’t handle something so normal, it happens to me all the time but I’m okay that happens.” I was flabbergasted. because it’s not even about music anymore I knew that he had so much hatred towards this certain East Asian country but I didn’t know that it was this serious. I wasn’t hurt because someone insulted something I liked to my face, but because I considered them a friend for years and the friend did that.
then I said to him that I was very hurt by his comments and asked him to not do it, he said “you’re hurt? No way that cannot happen, it’s just music I said something to music, not to you? why are you* hurt? that’s so unhealthy you know” he kept trying to make me feel like I was the problem for thinking that “it’s bad to insult something that somebody really likes” by the name of “rage bait”.
I’m deeply hurt because he didn’t even try to be understanding as a friend. he kept laughing.
maybe I’m too woke maybe I’ve too much empathy and basic human decency to understand things more than needed, maybe it’s not “common” “cool” or “trendy” nowadays.

I’m okay with mostly anything that’s not boring I like it when a lot is going on inside the fic, such as fantasy (fairies, mermaids, dragons), sci–fi, real–life settings, M/E rated or any, should be happy ending with no cheating between the main couple, wouldn’t mind side F/F relationships, I’m okay with angst too. (please no M/M/M or anything like that) so generally I enjoy action, horror, thriller, romance a lot if that helps. so recommend me the best work you’ve ever read. basically recommend anything that you think I’d enjoy. (I mostly prefer long fics but I wouldn’t mind short ones, should be completed or at least I wanna make sure that they wouldn’t gonna abandon the work)

My most and all time favorite fandom is BTS – M/M (kookv/vkook) fics. and I feel like I’m running out of options. drop the best fics with most uncommon and majestic tropes you’ve ever read that changed your life greatly. I’m okay with explicit sexual content if that’s a question, love M/M and happy endings (with no cheating between the main couple). If it’s my preferred fandom I’d appreciate it a lot!
