Tl,dr: Step-father has changed my biological mother's name and title but never adopted me. Now a simple qiestion has led me to separations with them. The step-father stole the money kept in post-office in a joint account and when I simply asked for it, they already settled it. They now harassed me by going to police with a false allegation.

The tl,dr itself is detailed so you can imagine. I am taken into custody by my biological mother after divorce with my biological father. My title is Das and my documents mentions my biological father's name. After taking custody, I was sent away to my grandparents to be raised by them. I stayed with my parents for only exactly 4-6 years, from class 11 to second year of the college. After I started earning money in first year, I brought them gifts, modern amenities, helped make the second floor of their house, their medicine shop despite being non-adopted.

After love marriage in 2025, which they never approved of, I asked what's next in my bloodline, are they gonna adopt me. What will be happening to my child's name, why didn't adopt me. This led to a furious dispute and they handed me their divorce case and cut ties with me.

Then I realized that someone has taken out my 2.5 lac Rs. from the post office joint account even on the date of marriage! And when I charged them they denied, totally! Then they actually returned the money though but after a series of dispute, threats over call etc etc.

Now they are pushing me to take out all the items i gifted them and some.items that are blocking their godown. Fair enough. But how are they doing this? 2 days back I asked them if the voter slip has come as that was my permanent address and they never informed me it came. I simply asked if I send rapido will they be able to hand over. He said yes. Once the driver arrived, what an illiterate, he started shouting to take my belongings as soon as possible or else he will throw them out! I didnt record the conversation though as it was on official number of rapido lol. After thats settled for the time being, his wife or my biological mother called me this time I recorded everything and she threatened she can do a lot

And then? She went to police station to file a complaint that I am harassing them and asking momey! The police, who are literal idiot called me and I have the whole conversation recorded. Even though no document says they are my parents yet they called and said that I am the one misbehaving and I should settle. Though no official complaint was registered but this is the situation.

Now I want to know my defenses- I have paid them money and this was said on call and screenshots but the point is I dont have them right away. The only solid thing they have in counterpart is that they paid 81k towards my LIC premium. I paid for my wedding and they said some money was to be returned. They didn't

Now I want to take my belongings out after the election results in west bengal but I am afraid they might not sign NOC after that, or try to provoke me or put false allegations. I am overthinking these and my day is getting ruined. Please help
