... and such a great party album!

Noticed a particular couple who seem to be nesting in the bush out the front. Two neighbours in the street have feeders, but I thought I'd grab this for the "newly weds" looked out about an hour later an saw it got very popular! 😄

Has to be in top 5 Manchester albums, and that's just one of the lists it should be in.. if you don't know this, you really need to do yourself a favour.. it's miles better than the stuff you know.. 🙃✌🏻

3rd copy of this.. first time on vinyl, definitely got at least 2 or 3 more Cure albums to get to be content on that front. What do you think, what are the others i must own?! ✌🏻🙃

Really nice shirt had a mark, so i decided to try to save it with dye... looked great while it was still wet.. but it's drying all patchy. What went wrong.. salt,dye,water, heat, ratio off? Or do these things not work too well at changing colour, more to liven up faded colours the same as dye? So annoying... ☹️

A few delays on release, but here at last! Essential album!

An absolute force of fkn nature.. they really kicked down the door with this debut.. lift a glass and put it on, it's good for what ails ye!

Her tales of what she found on her first trip from London to Perry's Black Ark are vignettes of a man running his engine like a race car deep in the red, with things starting to break apart around him. Absolutely bonkers in the best sense.

While spinning countless plates, usually in the early hours of the morning, Perry was also working on tracks for Candy's album, which was ultimately shelved by the label. Hearing it today, that seems almost unbelievable. A few tracks feel unfinished and the whole thing is very raw, but it's still unmistakably a Perry production and not one to miss.

Candy more than delivers on vocals, writing some songs herself and co-writing others with Perry. She was obviously heartbroken when the album never saw release, but carried on as a backing singer.

It's a real shame. Definitely recommended for Sunday sunshine vibes. ✌🏻😊

The debut is all fire, but this album really was/is next level! Faultless! Absolutely essential!!

These original mono atlantic reissues are really tremendous! This is a stone cold classic, man, does he bring the heat! Impossible not to start getting your groove on!

Love both so much, it basically is a double lp round here, always back to back (although i do always skip Captain's Holiday!) If you don't know these albums, that needs fixing!

Actually saw it unable to fly about a month ago, tried to rescue it but it vanished when i ran to get a box, so i put out water dishes but figured a cat (maybe mine) probably had it by now.. today it was just sitting in the middle of the lawn, not moving.. no signs of blood or feathers ripped out.. was none where i found it..anyway it let me pick it up and put in old cat box with water some seed some bacon rind.. guess I'll walk it over to the vet? Live in Perth, Scotland, think it's a starling..🤔

Vinyl release of Al Green's T.V. special from 1973 is a real gem. The band is really cooking, and Al absolutely slays! He's at his peak and the recording has never been forgotten.

Absolutely none better than Jackie Wilson.. he's heaven sent!! This 80s compilation really is superb.. sound is fantastic, loud, crystal clear, and every track is dynamite!!

... but what a bland terrible cover.
