What trade-in value is offered on Experience More / Experience More w Appreciation Savings / Experience Signature?

I switched from Optimum coax internet to Verizon Fios at home. Verizon offers more discounts and they actually have fiber in my building, whereas Optimum isn’t setup here for fiber yet.

To those who migrated from T-Mobile to Verizon for their cellular plan and devices, what was your experience like? TIA.

Ugh. My order was eligible for free same-day shipping earlier and now it’s $2.99 for same-day and for next-day. How does that make sense?

What’s annoying is lately I haven’t been able to purchase certain items that are labeled as same-day or next-day without eating the extra delivery fee. So I can’t get these items shipped normally without the shipping fee, despite already paying for Prime!? I’m ordering other products as well. I’m not always ordering $25 worth of items from a specific curated list of eligible items…but I still want that item that’s on that list. 😒

Am I able to request a reorder?
What remedies exist for taking over or re-ordering the hierarchy of mod lists?

As of March 2, 2026 the $425,000,000 (million) settlement award has accrued enough interest to reach $440,345,685 (million). That’s about 7.2% annual interest rate based on the first 6 months from decision date to reporting date. This means that by September 2026, the pot will be worth about $455,691,375 (million) after a full year’s interest.

There are seven attorneys representing class action members. If their application for fees and expense reimbursement is approved, and assuming they split the award evenly, each individual lawyer walks away with roughly $23,257,218 (million). The three class representatives will get their awards of $45,000 (thousand) each. This leaves roughly $292,755,847 (million) for class members (like you and I, perhaps) who get maybe $5?

My calculations suggest each affected user (an estimated 100,000,000 of us) can hope to see $2.92.

This isn’t accounting for the allocations made by the jury for each class cohort, and of course this is speculative and a roughly estimated hypothetical and assumes that payments are made at the one-year anniversary of the decision.

JetBlue Plus cc worth it @ 60k bonus?

I called to cancel because I’m getting a better deal with Verizon for 300Mbps Fiber and Optimum doesn’t offer Fiber in my building.

I was given two free months of 1GB coax, up from the 500Mbps I was paying for.

I called to cancel after that and 40 mins later I was convinced it was over.

Come next month and I have a $2 bill from Optimum. Turns out I was placed on temporary suspension (their “free” plan of $10/month for 30Mbps) instead of a full cancellation.

Another call and I’m offered courtesy suspension without charge until Optimum installs the Fiber connection at which time I’ll also be eligible for new customer promos.

Am I good, or is this gonna turn out to be a nightmare?

So the Unlimited Welcome actually gets you 4 free new iPhones and after 18 months you can upgrade early? Sounds better than T-Mob’s limited upgrades based on plan tiers. Because the phones are free with the credits, would you owe direct payment for the remaining 18 months to process an upgrade? TIA

I’m so over the conflict between being thoroughly impressed with Alexa’s growth and thoughtfulness as the leading voice-based AI agent and the sudden betrayal of reality when she just stops caring about what I have to say mid-sentence.

And this is after improving on her wait time and posing follow-up clarifications. I speak slower when composing an inquiry in the moment and she’s just impatient and doesn’t allow me to find the right words lots of times.

Or maybe I offended her when I called her out on her reliance on self-deprecating admissions and even suggested she may have been purposefully acting shady when I brought up Grok.

Does anyone/everyone have an Alexa+ with a similar persona?
