Does record in one track only or in multiple tracks (as many as there are audio sources) and separated effects ?

je bosse en coupé dans la restauration, mes horaires de travail sont de 11h à 14h15 puis de 18h à (officiellement 23h mais en pratique jusqu'à ce que les clients partent). Aucun horaire clairement écrit sur mon contrat, juste 35h.

J'ai 4 demi-journées de congé par semaine (ou du moins appelées comme ça) placées par la direction (mais on peut demander un placement spécifique si nécessaire).

Ce matin je devais en avoir une.

Sauf qu'il y a une réunion exceptionnelle à 14h pour voir un détail des plannings que même mon chef direct à dit "pas important".

Donc je demande à mon chef hier, il me dit "jsp demande à ma collègue cheffe", et elle me dit "ah jsp non plus, téléphone à la patronne à 8h demain"

Bon sans parler de management, j'aurais bien aimé dormir le matin mais du coup pas possible, puisque debout PLUS TOT que quand je travaille.

Et la réponse de la patronne c'est "oui viens".

Est-ce légal ? J'ai toujours eu l'habitude de venir à 18h quand j'avais des demi-journées...

Quels sont mes recours ?

When I output the laptop sound into the controller, it cuts like ecery 5-15 sec.

I have a good laptop (i5 11th gen, 3060 ti, 32 Go DDR5)

is it a usb cable issue ? I changed it 3 times and it's always the same

I mean it's a pc, but I feel djs are not really McGyvers.

But is it possible ? It could be cool to have a possibility to do it on CDJs or XDJ-AZ.

^(and yes I know it's some proprietary contracts between AlphaTheta and Serato/Rekordbox, but that's quite sad.)

I mainly play house and techno (between 130 and 150 bpm); you can find two examples on my SoundCloud.

I also play deep house (around 122 bpm), but I really come into my own with house and techno.

As you’ll hear in the mix, I usually start with ambient, then mix about 80% house and 20% techno, but if the vibe leans more towards techno, I can easily switch.

Because it's really my case, on every subject, but really EVERY subject that could be more efficient.

By efficient I mean in the subject on "doing a technic task" to be accessible to really anyone, to be the fastest way to do it and to have the more good ways to do it. Maybe by doing procedures, and having standards.

For example (bc I'm watching a video about cars) : To have all the maintenance on the most accessible place, while being the cheapest way to do this.

I think I’ve had a revelation, but could being a good DJ mean that I have to learn every DJ set by heart and then perform it with transitions and effects timed down to the millisecond? That way, I’m playing the set manually, but it sounds as if it’s been pre-recorded.

I can't dl Canon Utility from canon website, they say that there is no version for windows 11, and I don't find other solutions to transfer internal storage to pc.

You got any ideas ?

In my case yes, I speak easier in english than in french.

When I learn something about a special interest, I keep explaining it out loud to nobody bc nobody would be interested in these details.

I work on flx10 + vdj, and I found the last set that a song that I wanted to play was really slightly off tune, how could I retune it ive without changing the bpm, and without the pitch effect knob ? (bc if I use it I cannot do a filter transition)

I just want deep learning, when I learn a task, I want to know every imput and how to deal with every situation that can happen, especially with a job.

I heard a lot of times that I teach well, but I think it is bc of this.
