Hi, how can I reduce my chest size at home? Looking for home friendly workouts/exercises (no gym). Any tips would be helpful. Thank you!
Okay so I had this old dummy Oppo phone that was broken. I stopped using it and deleted all my media from the gallery. My Google account wasn’t linked to it either.
Recently my dad fixed the phone and now he’s using it. I also cleared everything from the delete forever folder. Be honest, is there still any way he can find or recover my old photos from somewhere else on the phone?
Please help a girl out.
Hey guys. I work a hybrid job. Sometimes I work from home because my parents prefer that I don't go to the office every day.
The problem is... whenever I'm WFH, I'm constantly on my phone because that's literally how I communicate with my manager. We use Microsoft Teams and WhatsApp for work updates, quick questions, approvals, etc. So yes, my phone is in my hand a lot during office hours.
But my parents have convinced themselves that I'm talking to some guy instead of working. They'll make comments like, "Who are you chatting with?" or "You're always on your phone."
The funny part is... I'm very single. No boyfriend. No situationship. No talking stage. Nothing.
Every time this happens, I tell them, "You can check my phone if you want. It's literally work messages." And they don't even check my phone.
I know they're probably just worried, but after hearing the same accusation over and over, it's starting to get to me. I hate feeling like I have to defend myself for doing my job.
Has anyone else dealt with this? More importantly, how do you stop letting these kinds of accusations affect you mentally? I know I'm not doing anything wrong, but they still sting.
Would appreciate any advice. Thanks.

I’ve been flying in and out of AMD pretty regularly for the past 8-9 months, and I recently discovered the best Dilli style falooda at Ahmedabad Streat at the airport. 😭 Now I can’t wait to be back just to have it again. anyone know if Ahmedabad Streat has any branches in the city, or where I can find similar falooda elsewhere?
Assalamu alaikum everyone! I had a question regarding listening to Surah Baqarah.
Is it okay if I listen to Surah Baqarah while doing house chores or while working from home? Or should I specifically sit down and dedicate the full 2 hours solely to listening attentively?
For context, I already do remove around 2 hours from my day and have dedicated that time to listening to Surah Baqarah Alhamdulillah. I was just wondering if listening while doing chores at home would still carry the same benefits, or if it’s better to avoid multitasking.
Would love to hear your thoughts and experiences. Jazakallah Khayr!
Nothing beats guju food.
Happy happy me!
Any recommendations for good (yet affordable) flower shops in the city?
My dad has driven only sedans his whole life, a Mazda 3 for years. Never owned an SUV. I want to step him up to something comfortable, reliable, and worthy of daily Dubai driving. My options are Mazda CX5 (my dream car) or some Chinese SUV.
What would YOU buy for your dad?
Aaj ghar pe baat ho rahi thi Baroda ki pav bhaji pe.
My sister said, “Baroda ki pav bhaji itni bhi achhi nahi hai.”
Toh mere dad, bina kisi hesitation ke: “Food scene in Baroda sucks anyway… the only best thing we got from Baroda is your mum.”

Aaaa my heartttttt!!!! 🥹❤️
Hi, I’m preparing for F4 Global and would really appreciate any advice from those who have recently passed it. I work full time and have significant family commitments, so my study time is quite limited and often irregular. I’m looking for realistic, efficient ways to prepare without burning out.
Specifically, I’d love to know:
• Most important chapters and high weightage topics that are frequently tested
• Topics that are relatively straightforward and good for scoring marks quickly
• Best way to approach the law heavy parts (memorization techniques, mnemonics, etc.)
• Recommended study resources (notes, lectures, question banks) that are concise and effective for working students
• How you managed time, ideal study hours per week, revision strategy, and mock exam approach
• Any tips for the scenario based/application questions.
I’m aiming to clear it in September session. Any help, experience, or strategy that worked for you (especially if you were also balancing a job and family) would mean a lot.
Salam everyone!!
Since Arafah is close I wanted to ask something a little emotional honestly. How do you all make dua for your future spouse during tahajjud or on Arafah?
Do you ask specifically? Do you write qualities down? Do you pray differently?
Because I'm genuinely so done being single 😭
Not in a "I need attention" way. More like... I miss the IDEA of companionship sometimes.
Like having:
- someone to tell random things to
- someone emotionally safe
- someone calm after hard days
- someone who remembers small details
- someone who makes life softer instead of harder
I think modern relationships scare me honestly. Everything feels unserious now. Half the people don't communicate properly. Everyone disappears randomly. Nobody seems emotionally available 😭
l've reached the point where I'd rather wait longer for the RIGHT person than force something unhealthy.
But still... some nights feel lonely. Especially after long work days or studying till midnight.
Sometimes after tahajjud I genuinely sit there wondering: "Ya Allah, does my person exist already?" I don't need perfect. Just someone kind.
Someone gentle with my heart.
Please share your duas/tahajjud routines/ success stories 🤍
My eyes have been SO DRY lately. Like:
- burning
- itchy
- tired
- blurry sometimes
I already stare at screens too much because:
- work
- ACCA
- scrolling unfortunately.
BUT SUMMER MADE IT WORSE. And don’t even get me started on:
- dust
- heat
- fans blowing directly at my face
- AC dryness
- sunlight trying to kill me emotionally
Does anyone else get this during Indian summers???
Please share:
- eye drops
- remedies
- supplements
- survival tips honestly.
At this point I’m blinking manually.
Okay so I work full time and honestly don’t always have energy to go outside for walks in Dubai weather. I keep seeing people on TikTok talking about walking pads and how they changed their life, so now I’m influenced.
Questions:
- realistically how long does 20k steps even take??
- do you get bored?
- did it actually help with weight loss?
- is it worth buying?
- where did you buy yours from in Dubai?
Also can you genuinely walk while:
- watching shows
- studying
- scrolling
Because if yes then maybe this is the solution to my problems honestly.
