So last week I 26f noticed my hair was thinning for context me and my family all have very thick hair. I went to my hairdresser today and she also noticed that my hair is thinning, so she suggested that I stop dying and bleaching it for a while. So I suggested to my mom that I start wearing wigs because my hair is my safety blanket, and she said no absolutely not. But I’m not using heat on my hair for a while. And I still want to look cute. I also have MS and klippel feil syndrome. Last thing is Amazon a good place to buy wigs?

Okay so I’m Icelandic that is in Europe, so people know where that is. The melatonin in Europe go up to 2 mg and the serving size are 2 gummies which is 4 mg. But I only take one, but what do you mean that the American melatonin goes up to 10 mg and some of the serving size are 2 gummies which is 20 mg. How are some of you alive?

I have very sensitive eyes and the only sunscreen that I have tried is the la Roche posay invisible fluid. But it’s little bit pricey. And I think my skin doesn’t handle that sunscreen.
