[Product Question] Is The Ordinary Retinol in Squalene effective at all or it is too weak and should I moisturize afterwards?

It is honestly quite oilier than I thought and was wondering if this is effective because most retinols I see in YouTube videos are like creams. I just got this as a starter and it being more affordable.

Do you also use moisturizer after? If so do you do it immediately?

For those who commute more than an hour away via public transportation each way, what do you do on your trips to pass the time?

I'm attending a week-long work event downtown and I live in Barrie. My job is just 15 minutes away from my place which has been a dream because I get most of my day after work for me.

I'm curious about people who do this for the rest of the year, how do you enjoy your commutes to and from work if you commute an hour or more? It's the complete opposite of how I've been living and I'm curious with how people deal with it.
