Depth of field gone

normally, when I take a picture in portrait mode and go into the iphoto to edit, there’s an F stop button where I can adjust depth the field

that seems to be gone. I’ve double checked and rebooted it has anyone else seen this and know where it went, it was one of my favorite features.

Restoring Bronze 1678

Just picked up bronze case 1678 pre-owned and am considering restoring it to start with my own patina.
I heard to use baking soda and lemon juice…has anyone use this or other techniques.
