are dreams from our deceased loved ones actually real?

My dad died when I was three and I had never dreamed about him. Not once. Then the night after I graduated college I had a dream that he was sitting in my room. He looked at me and smiled then hugged me and said “I’m proud of you.”

It felt so real that until I woke up I genuinely thought it was happening. A part of me has always believed that was actually my dad coming to see me during a major moment in my life. But then my logical brain wonders if maybe my mind created exactly what I needed to hear at that moment. 😩😭

I don’t know which explanation I believe more. lol anyone else experience something similar? curious to hear y’alls thoughts

idk what grief feels like. and that scares me.

Lately I’ve been thinking about something that’s been weighing on me. I’m 37 and somehow I’ve never lost anyone who played a major role in raising me. I’m incredibly fortunate to still have my parents , my grandparents and even my great-grandparents in my life.
The older I get the more I realize how rare that is and if I’m being honest it scares me. Sometimes I catch myself thinking about what life will be like when they’re no longer here and it’s hard to imagine. I know loss is a part of life but when you’ve been lucky enough to keep your family close for so long it almost feels like you’re waiting for a chapter you know is coming but don’t feel ready to read. really sucks tbh. and sometimes i cry just thinking about a loss that hasn’t even happened yet

Do you think your Life Path Number actually describes you?

So i’m a Life Path 2. I’ve done quite a lot of research about it and it just baffles me how on point it is. It really makes me question my reality. To be fair, some descriptions feel weirdly accurate while others feel like a stretch. But the ones that hit? Oh they HIT!! Have you ever looked up yours? But there’s also a part of me that makes me wonder if i’m FORCING it to sound so accurate. Idk. Numbers always send me down a rabbit hole haha Anyone else ever go through this?

Is there a difference between fear and intuition?

I’ve been wrestling with this lately. Sometimes I’ll get a strong feeling that I shouldn’t do something, but then I wonder… is this actually my intuition trying to protect me or is it just fear keeping me in my comfort zone? (i’ve always been a bit of an anxious hypochondriac) LOL

The tricky part is that they can feel surprisingly similar in the moment. I’m curious how other people tell the difference. Have you found a way to distinguish between fear and intuition, or do you still struggle with it too? HELPPPPP 🤣

do u think some ppl use spirituality to avoid making decisions?

Lately I’ve realized that whenever I have a big decision to make, I start looking everywhere for answers. I’ll ask friends. I’ll ask spiritual advisors. I’ll look for signs. I’ll read things online. Sometimes I’ll even ask the same question in different ways hoping something finally gives me the answer I want. I can sometimes look everywhere except for within. 😒 🤦

And recently I’ve started wondering… at what point does seeking spiritual guidance become a way of avoiding making a decision for yourself? As a Medium, I absolutely believe in intuition and spiritual guidance, but I also wonder if sometimes we already know the answer and
we’re just scared to trust ourselves.

Have any of yall ever caught yourself doing this? 😖

Have You Ever Ignored Your Intuition?

I can think of several moments in my life where I felt something wasn’t right, but I convinced myself I was overthinking it. Every single time I ignored that feeling, I ended up wishing I’d listened. 🤦 🤣

It’s made me wonder whether intuition is something we strengthen through experience, or whether we only recognize it after we’ve already made the mistake. What yall think?

Do Soulmates Exist?

I've been thinking about my mom lately and it's made me wonder whether soulmates are actually real. She met my dad when she was 12. They were teenage sweethearts, had me when she was 14, and then he was killed when she was only 17. She's 51 now, and she's told me more than once that she's never experienced that same kind of unconditional love with anyone else. As heartbreaking as that is, she also says she's grateful she got to experience it at all even if it was for such a short time.

It honestly makes me sad to think about. I can't imagine finding the person you believe is your soulmate so young, only to lose them before your life has really even begun.

So I guess my question is this: If you lose your soulmate at such a young age, how do you continue to enjoy life? Do you think it's possible to love that deeply again, or do you simply learn to live with the loss? I'd love to hear your thoughts.

Have you ever ignored your intuition and regretted it?

I’ve done so many things i know that i shouldn’t have. things that i can feel in my gut that i know aren’t spiritually aligned with my path. 🤦 Yet my human mind takes over and i make decisions i later regret. Sigh.

Anyone else struggle with this? Just me? lol would love to hear y’all’s stories! ❤️

Can a relationship survive if you have an awakening but your partner doesn’t?

I’ve always been curious about this. Not necessarily religion versus spirituality, but when one person is deeply interested in things like intuition, personal growth, meditation, signs, energy, or mediumship, and the other person simply isn’t.

Do you think mutual respect is enough? Or do there eventually become too many differences in how each person sees the world?

I’m interested in hearing from people who’ve actually experienced this. Did it strengthen the relationship? Create conflict? Or did it not matter at all? Curious to hear your thoughts.

sorry, lots of questions lol i’ve just seen too many times how friends of mine have had a spiritual awakening while their partners haven’t, and it has resulted in an inevitable split.

Does anyone else have a number that follows them?

I always see 1109. My dad’s birthday.

He passed away when I was 3 years old, but ever since I started becoming more spiritually aware, that number follows me everywhere. Receipts. Clocks. Addresses. Random moments where it feels way too specific to ignore.

And maybe some people would call that coincidence. Maybe it is. I honestly don’t know.

But I do know that every time I see it, I pause for a second. It feels comforting. Familiar. Like a reminder that the people we love don’t completely disappear just because we can’t physically see them anymore.

I’m curious if anyone else has a number that seems to follow them around for deeply personal reasons.
