I'm making this post to discuss Venti, my favorite Archon, and to see if I got everything right.

First of all, Venti's divine powers come from Istaroth themself, not from his Gnosis, as many of us theorized was the most plausible explanation.

of course he is simplyfing things when he says \"received some help\".

We also know from Mavuika and Ei that the Gnoses are an alternative source of power granted by Celestia, ensuring that the Archons can defend their nations when needed if their own power isn't enough. Morax used his to create Mora. Ei had no use for hers. Sumeru used one to create the Akasha System. Neuvillette had no use for his. Mavuika used hers so they could fight against the Abyss.

In the witchcraft quest, Venti says he stored his own powers (granted by Istaroth) on that island so his nation could be truly free, without a powerful god ruling over them.

And just to clarify, we can assume those powers were permanently granted to him by Istaroth, since he never gave them back or lost them after everything was over. He also didn't mind losing his Gnosis, an alternative source of power to defend his nation, since he was already that powerful on his own.

TLDR: When he told the Traveler he was probably the weakest Archon, he wasn't lying, but that was because most of his power had been stored on his island, waiting for a time of need. This is also why he regained it after the Natlan Abyss crisis.

So yes, despite being "sus," Venti is, and always has been, a really strong God and Archon.

"I want open queue because I can switch to another role if I'm not performing well"

And then proceeds to complain whenever enemy team goes to triple support after a team fight loss or complain about 3 DPS/solo tanking in most of their games

Everyone has the right to prefer open queue over role queue, but complaining about teams that aren't 2/2/2 at the same time is nuts

I wouldn't mind the snowball combo if it was just the cooldown reduction + summoner spells + pinbal etc but the DAMAGE IS TOO HIGH

It was necessary to deal with long range champions but now you'll need to face them using the snowball combo too, dealing 1500+dmg from distance with a 5-10 sec cooldown which they can use to poke and disengage

We all know her plants have weird interactions with a lot of auguments but not working with infernal/ocean soul is insane

Still didnt get Hextec Soul with her but its probably not working too
