It was always a dream to me to see myself sub 10-15% Body Fat with Good Muscles and hardly any fat, And here we go!!
For most people this might not count that big of a flex but just trying to motivate all to at least see their abs once in their Life.
I’ve been putting a lot of time and consistency into improving myself, and honestly, seeing my abs become this visible feels like a pretty big accomplishment for me.
It’s easy to look at a photo like this and only see the final result, but there has been a lot of work behind it — training consistently, trying to eat better, getting enough protein, being more disciplined with my routine, and staying patient even when progress felt slow.
There were definitely days when I didn’t feel motivated or when I wondered whether the changes were actually noticeable. I’ve learned that the biggest difference comes from simply continuing anyway.
Posting this partly as accountability for myself and partly because I know how motivating it can be to see someone else’s progress.
Still working. Still improving. One day at a time. 💪
After 3 years of consistent diet and exercising, I finally have abs and a great body.
All of that done without even going to the gym. Just a home workout and in a park.
Calisthenics really changed my life
Went from 87 kg to 73kg. I was really fat AF before but now I'm quite fit. And that boosted my confidence and people started noticing me and giving compliments.
It's a completely new world for me.
Try to ignr my mask and my Hairs..😅..
Started with dead hangs, then gradually added assisted reps and focused on getting my pull-up technique right. Progress was slow at first, but I stuck with it and trusted the process. I got my first strict pull-up in January, and that moment completely changed how I looked at training. Since then, I haven’t missed them. Every upper body workout now starts with 3 sets of pull-ups before anything else. It’s become a non-negotiable part of my routine and one of the best indicators of my strength. Small, consistent improvements really do add up over time.
