Foxes - Sit Down or Take Away
As heading - one to take out and one to sit down to eat .

Bella is the 'little old lady' of our house cats and used to foxes . Surprised she doesn't see the young fox off .
A usually timid visitor doesn't realize they only want the chub roll on top and holds off 3 of 'em .
Two cubs facing-off . Just checked the cams .
Making a bit of a racket ! Last week , video time wrong ..
A couple of the 6 ferals we're trying to tame . They are very friendly with each other . Last week , video time wrong .
Saw a single curlew on urban shoreline of R. Humber today . There were a few redshanks on the mud farther along .
Saw a few of the (un)common Redshanks at mouth of river Hull and a single curlew further along on Vicky dock frontage. A couple of swans on the Humber and the usual seagulls and pigeons . Still 4 coot chicks too , no pics .
Phone clips from Hessle foreshore Sunday flying display
Struggled to zoom-in on them but was over 2 miles away . It was hot !
Yesterday just before noon , only just visible - hot , UK Fujifilm S1
edit - Cloudless days and cloudy nights for a while now .
I stumbled across this on YT . . but I'm having doubts about how real it is ? I like it .

They fixed the leak on Lowther street tonight - classed as an emergency . Seems they are v. busy because of shrinking/moving ground as it dries out in heatwave , Spring Bank inside lane nr. polar bear was leak. Chants didn't look as bad , nr Botanic and corner of north road/Boothferry road still leaking and highly visible !
Anyone got 25 minutes to report a water leak ? That was the advised wait-time when I tried this morning - there's a big leak , lifting the tarmac even , behind Albert Ave. baths , Lowther street . I did do it online but seemed to need a lot my info ?
Anyway there's another leak on Chants. Ave nr. SBW nearly as bad if anyone can be arsed . Yes , it's Friday so enjoy your hosepipes this weekend due in part to YW's leakage reduction measures.
The ferals are getting more tame - mainly due to short-dated sliced chicken roll ! 4 of the 6 will take this from hand but it's like feeding little snappy alligators - mind your fingers !
Saw these on Barmy drain , from fountain rd. bridge . The coots were far away , 70-80yds ?? Moorhen was nearer , common but I didn't know what it was ! And some little ducks all in a row ! ~5pm.
There were other adults but this couple and their little ones caught my eye . Coots aren't ducks !!
Just seen this on one of the backyard trail cams - it's one of the 6 feral kitten cats 'left to us'
