Precautions + Workouts
Hey there! I know gyms are not overly safe in general for Covid precautions because of volume and whether a location has good air filtration... What are people doing for workouts, strength building, etc. that feels safe for you? A friend of mine has gotten Covid twice by being at the gym, even masked, so I've been avoiding going to one.
I walk but I feel like I need more, and I don't feel comfortable bringing a portable air filter with how people may react. I mask anywhere and everywhere, but I know that's not 100%. Thoughts and advice?
