Hi im 14 and ive been using Duolingo for 483 days straight. I’ve been doing French and chess but im having hard time actually using French for something useful. Usually Duolingo gives you phrases for reading and words you might rarely or ever use. Is there a better app for Duolingo?

For context I’m 14 and he is too. I’ve known him since 2022 and he used to say some really out of pocket things. And used to lie about offing himself, a few weeks ago i was on call with him and he mentioned getting a new iPhone 17. He said he got another one for free and i asked “can i have it?” Not expecting him to give it to me, he says yes. I’m still very skeptical. Hes saying that he dosent have the tracking number and it’s coming next Monday probably. He’s also been causing lots of problems lately. What do I do? I can’t just leave him. He vapes all the time and does bad stuff, any advice is appreciated, sorry if it’s kind of complicated to read
I’m 14, I’ve been overweight forever. And that’s the thing. I’ve tried looking for someone who actually wants to date me but nope. It’s always some petty ass boy who wants a girl with a butt ton of makeup and does bad things. That’s what every single person in my highschool wants. And it’s ridiculous, ive been bullied all my life and not even the school or my teachers have done anything. In this world it’s crazy that to live on earth you have to be skinny, pretty, and smart just to be liked by a bunch of people. It’s dumb and not ok. Kindness is free and at least it dosent make you look like an asshole!
So my mom‘s friend bought a seasonal pass for playland the gold pack and it says you can go free and bring two other buddies with you but the thing is when I go to my Wallet app and downloaded the tickets. It said general admission for two tickets and then the thrill pass for one ticket so I don’t know if my friends are gonna be able to walk around the park or go on rides. Does someone know?
