I have owned a Nissan Sentra for a few years and always got it serviced and barely drive, yet my transmission is now completely gone. Apparently Nissan Sentras between 2013 and 2019 often have this problem, which caused Nissan to extend their extended warrently. I definitely fall in the mileage of the extended warrently, but age out by 2 years.

Is there anything that can be done in a situation like this? Would insurance play a part at all? At this point Nissan has refused to help.

Hi my Nissan started exhibiting a failing trasmission at 55,000 miles, and officially diagnosed at 60k from the dealership. Is it possible to open a goodwill assistance case for a car with such low mileage but is a little aged out of the warranty?

So 7 years ago I bought a 2016 Nissan centra with only 23,000 miles from a dealership that was previously leased for 2 years. At 64,000 miles, the dealership informed me that my transmission is failing and would need to be replaced.

ive heard of some people opening a goodwill assistance case with the corporate office in similar situations since the car would still be within the extended mileage warranty since a lot of Nissans were having transmission Issues that weren’t that old/driven.

Has anyone had experience with a similar situation with their Nissan? I would really appreciate any advice or similar stories. Thank you!

Just got the camera 4 days ago. Granted I have it set to 2k and 1 minute clips. Is there anyway to save battery life so I don’t have to keep changing every 5 days? I live in a complex so there’s a good a,Lunt of activity during the day. I rally only got it because of 1 crazy neighbor

So this certified psycho that lives in a condo across the street has been flashing his flashlight into our windows every night when he walks his dog. This is also after a full year of constant harassmen, but I finally installed a camera and this is what we caught so far. Before the police said they couldn’t do anything unless I got a video of the harassment. So at this point, and it’s only been 3 days, I have him shining his big flashlight into my car and into my windows multiple times in each video. how Would the police re-act to this, or should I wait until I have more videos and just compile a library.

For instance, in the past, he’s walked directly behind my car while backing out, unleashed his dog once while I was driving out of the parking lot, yells constant harassing psycho babble if he’s outside the same time I am, and that’s still not even a fraction of what this guys done in the last year. For reference, I’ve literally never said a word to him. He’s also ALWAYS home and on disability.

I was recently offered a postman role delivering mail full time. I’ve been spending the last few years avoiding the Sun now I’ll be working all day outside (starting around September). Is there anyway I could do this job and still avoid the Sun damage in some capacity, or is it pretty much all of nothing?

I am curious between an office job where you would be in front of a screen for 8 hours, or an outdoors job where you would be under the Sun for 8 hours, which would be worse for your skin? I know neither is good but was wondering if there have ever been any studies done comparing the two?

Hi I currently have the Blink Outdoor 2k on my balcony next to my plants on the second floor. It’s in a good position behind the guard rail, but it always catches people and cars while their halfway through the field of vision already.

I have the basic AI subscription. Would changing the motion sensitivity help with this at all?

So currently I pack out and organize the freezer and dairy fridge (alone) for the first 2-3 hours of my shift, then I switch to recovery on other sections of the store. My question is does the freezer and recovery have the same pay rate usually? Also, how long into a shift should I double back to the freezer and fridge for a quick touch up?

so on Thursday through Sunday I am packing out stuff in the freezer. Weds day overnight, and Saturday overnight are when deliveries are made to the freezer, so on Friday and Saturday, there’s really nothing to pack out. I find myself just pulling empty boxes from the freezer and fridges the entire shift which gets really boring.

Am I doing something wrong? Seems like there is not much to do unless there is a really large delivery.

Recently I got a job changing tires, and was really straining holding some huge tires and trying to line them up with the rims when putting them back on. 2 days later I woke up with the Worst neck and shoulder pain. I couldn’t even lift my head off the pillow.

i went to urgent care and she just examined me for 2 minutes and said I just strained myself. But I’m still in pretty bad pain if I move suddenly or try to put my clothes on. The thing is this job has lt been accommodating with time off and I’m supposed to go back on Thursday. I’ll try to pace myself at work, but with an injury like this, should you really not be lifting Anything until it is fully healed?

So I recently started a new job and it was more lifting than I was used to. I woke up the next day with severe neck pain, and not sure if I’ll be able to continue this type of work. Is it worth reporting the injury to the job if it is only part time? For reference I am 2 months into a job changing tires, and some of the truck tires really strained my neck and back trying to lift back in place.

So about 2 months ago I started a tire changing job for a wholesale club. My last shift I was lifting a lot of unusually heavy truck tires, and the next morning I woke up with a really bad sore neck. So much so that 5 days later now I had to call out of work. I’m also part time. Is it worth filing an injured on the job type of situation under these circumstance?

He claimed he couldn’t understand me , which is BS since I left my full name, work ID and department. He then played my voicemail to my girlfriend that also works there claiming he couldn’t tell if it was me. Is this not a violation? HIPAA or otherwise?

Hi I started working in the tire bay a few weeks ago, and was really straining lifting some of the truck tires up to the screws/bolts when putting tires back on. A few days ago I woke up with horrible neck pain and had to call out. They told me I couldn’t call out because I’m still within 90 days of hire and my next day is tomorrow. Can I tell them I want to do a light day tomorrow as far as lifting stuff? Because sometimes I will work in the store as well.

About a month ago my kitchen sink started to slowly backup until it was really bad. I used Draino and let it soak for hours, then flushed with hot water. It seemed to clear the line, but literally by the next day it was slowly backing up again.

The plumber said it was probably our air vent, because the sink will make a hiccuping noise a few minutes after running water. He wants to put an air vent under our sink since he cannot get to the one on top of our building (2 story condo). My question is what if he adds the air vent but the issue was actually a clog that never fully cleared?

I’m assuming if I pay him to snake the drain and it doesn’t do anything and he finds out it was really the air vent, I’d still get charged for the snaking.

Any advice on what to do in this situation? I appreciate any feedback you guys can offer!
