I'm getting ready to sell my truck and want to get it detailed and get the pet hair vacuumed out, does anyone have any places they recommend? I googled but every place is vague on price, super expensive or is a mobile place and I don't think a mobile place could get it in selling condition. When I say super expensive I mean like $300+, which is way too much for a work truck. Thanks for any help

I tried to buy a ps5 from PlayStation Direct using Klarna at checkout. I set up the Klarna plan and when it went back to the PlayStation website the checkout never happened. I never got an email from PlayStation and the purchase shows as pending in Klarna.

I’m assuming the purchase will cancel or just fall off if PlayStation doesn’t take the money? How long will it take for this to happen? I’d hate for the first payment to come due in a month and I’m paying for an order that was never even placed.

I have the Citi AA Advantage Globe card and have used it for the last 4 years with no late payments, $9300 limit, been very happy with it. I applied for the Citi Double Cash card because of the 0% balance transfer for 18 months. They required me to provide my IRS form to verify income before approving me, they did the same to my girlfriend so I didn't think too much of it, but when they did finally approve me, it was only for $500. I found that insulting, Credit One would have approved me for more. It completely defeats the purpose of getting the card if I can't balance transfer and if now I have an extra card to manage but have zero purchasing power with it.

I called Citi and spoke with an account exexc, then the supervisor and then someone in customer retention. They didn't seem to understand why it was a problem and they just submitted for credit line increases and came back with the same scripted the account hasn't even been open for a week you need to wait 6 months. In 6 months I can't even use the balance transfer feature.

Is there any way to get the limit increased or is there anything to do at this point? Should I just close the card? If I close it and open another one in the future would I still get the 0% on balance transfers?

At this point I want to undo it and remove the hard inquiry and pretend like I never got the card.

I applied for a house I toured where I was the first person to tour and apply and my understanding is that it's a first come first serve. After the application I let the owner know it was submitted but have not heard back, how long does it normally take for a homeowner to get back to you once you submit the application, or how long does it normally take for them to get everything they need to make the decision? It was a Zillow application and I was able to see the results of the application pretty instantly.

I have one of those aluminum hardshell suitcases from Away. It makes the clothes I pack in it have a bad smell. I figured it was probably because I’ve put dirty polyester shirts in it when traveling back home. So I wiped it down with Clorox wipes inside and out, I put two of those boxes of baking soda that have vents for the refrigerator in it overnight and before my most recent trip put a bag of activated charcoal in it. The first two days there was a slight smell but not as bad as before. I am on day 3 and now the same old smell is back in all of my shirts. I hate it. I originally planned to immediately pull all my clothes out and put them in a closet or drawers but this tiny hotel room doesn’t have either so I’m putting dirty clothes on the floor next to it and keeping clean clothes on the suitcase trying to avoid the smell. Any advice? Do I just need to give up on this expensive suitcase?

About 6 or 7 years ago I had a capital one credit card. I made a payment on the account and I had an available balance right away so I used it at the grocery store. Some other payments automatically came out and the Capital One payment ended up not going through. They immediately closed the account and ever since then when I do a preapproval they immediately deny me and say it's because of activity on a prior account, which I'm guessing refers to the failed payment. I've since then gotten my credit together, I have a gold Amex, a Citi card with a high limit and an Apple card with a respectable limit. I don't want a Cap One card at this stage, I have better cards, but tried the preapproval to see if they would approve me now that better lenders are approving me and they still denied me and referenced the old account. How long does Capital One hold a grudge for? This is crazy. I also don't think what happened was that bad to be closing the account and declining to do business almost a decade later. I feel like most lenders would have reached out to you to get it squared away and warned you they could close your account. Cap One is wild!

I have a Colt Competition Series in 45 ACP. What parts can I swap out/upgrade that would make a meaningful difference to the gun?

How long are these rebates taking? It says 6-10 weeks but it's not the 1960's anymore.

I am getting a 4" barrel 1911 and figured if I'm adding variety maybe I should really add variety and get it in 9mm. Will it run as reliably as a 5" in 45 ACP with standard 230 loads or is it going to be finicky about cycling because it's a 9mm and then the barrel is shorter. I know the pistol was designed to shoot a 230 grain 45 ACP bullet out of a 5" barrel so I can see why changing it up that much might create issues.

I had my interview the other day and was asked about an arrest where the charges were dismissed and expunged. They gave me an email address to send supporting documents with all the information. That was a little over a week ago. How long does it take for them to approve it once that information is emailed over?

I applied for my Florida CCW license today at the department of agriculture office. I did the application on their computer and had my prints and picture taken there. How long does it normally take? Do I find out if I’m approved before I get my card or do I find out I’m approved when I get my card?

I have a Colt 1912 Series 70 Competition and I want to replace the fiber optic sight with some night sights. It’s kind of hard to find a set that I know will fit. I'm doing a 300blk build and I've always loved the tucked look. I know it heats up the hand guard to unreasonable levels so I was wondering if doing a slight tuck, like an inch would help solve that problem or if even that much contact with the guard is going to heat it up and make it uncomfortable to hold. I guess I would go as close to it as possible without it being tucked if I couldn't tuck it but I'd rather have it tucked a little, anyone have experience with a slight tuck

I’m going to see Guns N Roses at the Hard Rock Casino Tuesday and I’ve never been to a show there. I have a general admission ticket. Will I be able to find parking? How early should I get there. Anything I should know?

I’ve always wanted an LR4 and my truck has become unreliable so I think I’m going to sell it and finally get an LR4. My questions are is there a preferred year or engine I should really go for that is the best to own. Is there anything I should do to it as soon as I buy it to avoid any problems down the line and make it a reliable everyday car other than the typical new fluids and full inspection. I’d appreciate any pointers to make this dream purchase a success
