I printed it in two pieces to allow it to print flat-ish and take apart for storing, I've seen some other designs for these, but I think I've solved some of the issues like not having a large enough base so they don't tip over

I was incredibly excited to get some new running poles after my 10 year-old black diamond ones started falling apart. I decided to splurge a bit and get some Leki poles, I feel like they are what so many people use. After I opened up the box I noticed I only had a single pole and started to laugh. I went on leki‘s website and started chatting with their support.

They really making you think you’re talking to a person with a photo a name and a description but when the responses came back so quickly, I started getting suspicious. Then the answer started making no sense and the AI chat bought started gaslighting me that I actually did in fact order a single pole instead of two.

Just want to do a bit of naming and shaming. Companies like this shouldn’t be able to get away with putting these slop spewing clankers on their site

I was very excited to get the Raide vest, but I’m not sure it’ll work for me. I think the side pockets are just too high. Would be interested to know what others think and if other people have had the same issue with this or similar vests

I was lucky enough to grow up in Marin County surrounded by a lot of dead culture. Pretty much any day of the week you can find someone playing the dead. I own a few packs from the amazing Alpine Luddites and Cold Cold World. I love them a lot, but I wish they had real frames. I've been having some back issues so a frame really does a great job moving the weight from my back to my hips.

I took some aluminum bar and cut it to size, I 3d printed the supports, and then I sandwiched my creation between the 1/4 inch foam both pack makers use. I think it works great!

It’s really unfortunate there are no signs at all on the railing. I think a lot of people (I know it sounds crazy) forget they are on a thousand foot waterfall where people fall off every year. It also seems like one person goes out and makes it seem normal and then more people follow.

Anyways, stay safe and don’t take the fast trip from the top to the bottom.
