Why do I get full off of tiny portions after not eating much for 2 weeks?

I haven't been eating much for the past 2½ weeks, maybe 600-700 calories a day from a small meal. I went to a mexican buffet with my sister and got full from ½ a pint of rice and ½ of beans, and couldn't finish a scoop of mashed potatoes after not eating a good 16 hours before that, I was full from that for a good 4 hours before I got a little hungry, why did this happen?
