First time mom here, just wondering how much I’m actually going to be lugging around for baby say if we go to dr visits, grocery store, going out to eat etc.?

Should I go for the popular name brand or do any of the other non name brands work just as well?

Currently eyeing the momcozy brand OnlY because it’s marked down at Walmart. What are your thoughts/recommendations?

It’s only happened to me once in my almost 5 years. It’s was during my new grad orientation and I was the “5th” in a 4 man call team. It was actually for a IABP insertion but my call team never blew up my phone when they saw I wasn’t responding to the page. I noticed like 30mins later and headed to the hospital and was like “why didn’t anyone call me?” And they said “eh it was just a balloon pump, we figured we can just knock it out.” Lol so there were never any repercussions for that incident.

I’m looking into buying the Fridamom postpartum kit or assembling my own. I was wondering, how many days should I expect to need the lady diapers for? How much days should I buy for?

I am not quite ready to start decorating for Halloween. I’m thinking fruits and veggies until the fall. What is everyone else doing?

Ok so it’s the middle of night and baby wakes up multiple times to feed and change diaper. How many of you parents are actually getting up to change baby on the changing table? Or is it just done on the bed. Just thinking if I should get a changing table/dresser or not. Thanks!

I’m due in November with my first and currently looking for baby boy clothes. My idea is to ONLY get sleeper pajamas onesies for baby, at least have him in them until 4 mos. Should I get something different like short sleeves or pants and onesies combo?

What are the minimum shift requirements your facility has for PRN nurses, if any?

Any nurses here that didn’t return after maternity leave? How much did you have to pay back if any at all? When did you give your notice?

My mom just told me my brother opened two lines of credit using her info and has now racked up a total of $5000 of debt on them. My mom found out during the process of her and her new husband trying to get a loan for a house when they ran her credit. She confronted him and he admitted it was him. I told her to do all the other necessary closure of accounts and to file a police report. I’m sure she is hesitant to do this tho because he had 7-8 kids. Anyone ever been in this situation?

Long story short. My mom just found out that her son (my brother) just opened 2 lines of credit using her info without her consent. He’s got a long history of being a liar, cheater and theft but my mom can’t stop helping him and coming to his aid. I told her to file a police report. Not sure if she would go through with it. I’m heartless because of his history and don’t have kids yet. Those who do have children and they did something like this to you. What would you do? Also. The way she found out is because she is trying to get a house and they ran her credit history and found it through there🙃. No more house buying for now.

Just moved into a new house and obviously got a bunch of wayfair furniture. What do yall do with the extra nuts and bolts and screws that come with the furniture piece. Do yall store or toss it?

I’m currently 20 weeks pregnant and obviously have noticed the new color and size of my nipples, but just recently noticed I have also grown a couple of skin tags on my nips as well. Is this normal?
