How to create "playbooks" as content?

Background: My company is trying to gain first-mover advantage in a relatively niche space within AI/agentic AI. Based on my research, our ICP (a non-technical audience) doesn't know much about agentic AI beyond the hype. Their understanding is likely limited to ChatGPT/Claude, and for the technically adept, MCPs/workflows/etc.

I've been tasked to create playbooks around agentic AI for our niche (i.e. agentic AI for HR professionals – HR is just an example). It's my first time working on a playbook so I don't really know how best to go about this.

Category education is pretty straightforward to me. What I struggle with is the actual playbook. I've seen a few examples and they range from product-led tutorials ("this is how you achieve X with Claude, but you can also do it with our product") to consulting type playbooks ("this is how you manage your people, operations and policy around AI") to whitepapers ("this is what X means" "here are 5 generic use cases").

Curious to know what have been effective for managed services where we also want to showcase the product (i.e. "agentic capabilities")? Technically, prospects don't get to use the product as we are in the business of managed services. The product is more for internal use but it has been advertised as "agentic".

Is it even possible that a graphic designer (with 5-7 yoe) is... bad?

I've worked with many graphic designers (I'm in marketing but have done gfx design in my earlier career) and most, if not all, are brilliant. Except for two, in my entire career.

The good ones:

- I give them the copy, e.g. headline, subhead, CTA, the key elements (the product, for example), and they would decide what colours to go with, how best to arrange, different visual hierarchy, etc. Even as a layman, you know it's good. I usually approve these in one or at most two passes.

The bad ones - just a few examples:

- They always go back to the same old layout, colours, without much creativity. This isn't just about sticking to brand colours or guidelines, but their designs just look... boring and uninspiring. Things like: using the same font weight throughout (like is this a thing?) - be it headlines, subhead, eyebrow text, etc.

- We have a few designs where we're showcasing some digital projects that we've done. So think a mixture of mobile screens, laptops, etc. Intead of arranging them nicely, e.g. have the mobile phones in front of the laptop etc, they decided to arrange 2 mobile phones and 3 laptops side by side, in a row.

- I was reading up on proximity principle where you want to relate items through the right placement. One principle is you align all elements, e.g. logo and headline to the same side. Instead, what I got in return is: logo aligned to the left, and headline aligned to the right.

Like I'd love to approve design as quick as I can, but instead I'm wasting time telling the designer I work with to: move things 10 pixel to the right, bold this not that. It's almost as if it's better if I just do the design myself.

At this point, I don't know if I'm the crazy one?

Do your press releases get vetted by tech execs? How do they go?

For me, it's about mind reading, deciphering jargons and constantly fighting back on clear, simple writing.

Tips appreciated! 😂

Does seroquel help with sleep debt? I can sleep up to 8-10 hours each night

I'm on a small dose 25mg for general anxiety disorder, together with pristiq.

I usually take it around 8.30pm so I start feeling sleepy before 11pm. I wake up between 7-8am so that's 8-9 hours of sleep.

Before, I would have either short or late sleeping due to insomnia: around 6 hours and most nights I take a few hours to fall asleep. I also wake up almost every night.

These days I sleep longer and I don't wake up. But there are days when I take my pill slightly later due to a night out so I would wake up either late or extremely groggy.

As titled: now that I sleep a lot more (probably better?), I wonder if it would help reverse years (more like a lifetime) of insomnia-induced sleep debt?

Tech Sales/Growth Role in a niche/low pay industry, 10 yoe, but first sales role

In the one year that I was there, my total comm was less than 6k in total, making my total annual comm around 50-60k, all in... I was doing sales, customer support, accounts management, marketing (which was my background before). My quota of 300k was 100% new business and 7 out of 10 have to be self-sourced/outbound. I was literally eating air for months on end 😭

I lived on basics only for the entire year (comms was 🥚 in most months except 3 where my highest comms was 3k) until I couldn't take it anymore and jumped back to marketing 🥲

Full cycle AE in a very niche/low pay industry, 10y work exp but first sales role

In the one year that I was there, I only made 6k in commission in total, so total annual comm was ~50-60k for a sales role. This is for full cycle: cold outreach, accounts management, product training, marketing. Basically baokaliao 🥲

Glad to say I've left the company already and am making 7k/mth BASIC now.

How many pieces of content (or word count even) do you generate in a week?

As titled! As an marketing IC, I'm struggling to produce content - both long and short form - on top of my marketing tasks so hoping to hear from the rest!

I manage the company website, LinkedIn channel and materials for sales team to share with customers via WhatsApp. I also run events as part of my job scope.

That leaves me with little time to actually work on content!

Sticking to timelines while working with busy stakeholders

I am an individual contributor working with 2 very, very busy stakeholders: the CRO and CEO. I report to the CRO but CEO makes the call on many things. CRO also reports to CEO.

Most approvals go like this:

\- I send to CRO, CRO puts in comments, I revise, then send to CEO on CRO's instructions

\- CEO takes a look and changes the direction, I revise again

Lots of back-and-forth and oftentimes playing a game of broken telephone. Sometimes when things change, I'm not in the loop because decisions happen in DMs.

The biggest issue for me is that timelines become dynamic - things get pushed back or compressed because I'm either (1) chasing for approvals or (2) worse, I unintentionally jump the gun on certain deliverables before getting approvals.

Both CRO and CEO are really nice people, and I'm loving the company culture. I get frustrated with the situation sometimes, simply because the chances of me making mistakes is so much higher - because Idk what each of them wants! And this stresses me out with a diagnosed anxiety.

So I'm looking for TACTICAL tips around how best to handle both of them while keeping to my timelines - appreciate the community's advice!

Recommendation for external keyboards similar to MacBook Air/Pro

I've been a long time user of laptop keyboards but recent carpal tunnel flare-ups made me rethink my entire desktop setup. I really love the low profiles (is that what it's called?) of MacBook keyboards but at the same time, I'm looking at a split keyboard or Alice layout, as regular keyboards put pressure on my wrists.

I've only used these keyboards so far:

- A $20 mechanical keyboard that my partner got online. It's cheap but I hate how hard I need to press on each key, which slows me down. I also don't like how loud it is. I like how tickity (if it makes sense?) it is on a regular MacBook keyboard

- ANOTHER cheap keyboard from a Chinese brand called B.O.W. This keyboard does remind me the "tickitiness" of a MacBook keyboard. It does its job pretty okay but again, I do need to press the keys a little harder than my built-in keyboard. Less than the keyboard above, but could be even lighter. To be honest, I don't mind continue using this keyboard but I think a split keyboard would be even better to alleviate my carpal tunnel.

My typing habits:

- I touch type so I think split keyboards aren't too difficult to get used to.

- The reason why I don't like the two keyboards above is because I like to type fast — and preferably light.

What I'm looking for:

- Alice layout OR split keyboard. I've tried Alice keyboards, they're fine. I do not, however, want a split keyboard where some of the keys are shifted to the thumbs. I'm pretty vanilla.

- I do not want num pads so the Logitech MX series is unfortunately out of the question. I'm looking at a 65% layout.

- Budget wise, I'm hoping to keep it below $100... Is that even realistic?

Content planning bug: I keep losing my drafts and scheduling

I'm encountering issues with the content planner where I run into one of these scenarios:

- I try creating a draft but it doesn't get saved

- Some moments later (sometimes a few hours - it happens at random), the drafts that I created earlier come back

- The drafts then overwrite my existing drafts/schedling

Long story short, it's almost as if the "sessions" don't match? The system is capturing data from one session, then suddenly another session comes back online so the old session is gone.

This has been extremely frustrating as I rely on the content planner for planning and scheduling. Has anyone encountered the same problem?

I've also written to the support.

Deep cleaning with Helping/Urban Home etc: what's your experience? How is it different from regular biweekly cleaning? Worth the 4x price?

I've been living in my resale HDB for a few years now and the dust is getting to me - especially those in small nooks and ceiling. I do have a biweekly cleaning service but that's just scratching the surface, e.g. toilet, mopping, etc. Realistically it doesn't allow the helper to do more since the regular cleaning is already a lot of work.

Just wondering if anyone has experience with those $300-400 deep/spring cleaning services? How is it different from the regular cleaning since it's almost 4x the price?

Right now, I'm finding the house extremely dusty and my cats' fur is getting everywhere! Not to mention very dusty cat mesh.

Would a deep cleaning help?

Edit: Lol I meant Helpling and Urban Company!!!

Foster's nose scab (diagnosed as blocked tear duct) comes and goes - at wits end as we struggle to keep up the cleaning routine (we have 3+1 cats)

Tldr: My 8yo foster cat has had a recurring nose/eye scab for 6 months. Vets say allergy/infection or blocked tear duct; meds helped briefly but it keeps returning.

---

My (35yo, Singapore) 8yo foster has a persistent scab that's been there the 6 months that we've had her. She's seen 2 different vets (both covered by the foster organisation) over a few sessions:

- Vet 1: Gave her antiseptic cream for daily application.

- Vet 1 (didn't see her f2f): Situation didn't improve so she was given allergy meds and antibiotics. It got better until we finished the meds.

- Vet 1 again, remote again: She diagnosed our foster with chronic blocked tear duct, similar to Persians (but she's a domestic short hair), told us to clean the areas around her eye and nose daily with a disinfectant and antiseptic cream. We did, but the routine became intermittent when we were away from home. We decided to seek a second opinion.

- Vet 2: Initial diagnosis was allergy but for some odd reason after speaking to the foster organisation, vet #2 changed her diagnosis to tear duct blockage, again. This time round, I was told to clean the eye area daily with colloidal silver.

Both vets are affiliated with the foster organisation as the org covers medical costs for our fosters. Any treatment requires approval from the org for financial control.

Our challenge

Now, we've been trying to keep up with the cleaning routine as much as we can... But each time we go for holiday or get busy, the scab comes back with a vengeance. And at this point, we don't really know what the cause is.

Is it truly a case of blocked tear duct? If so, why does it affect the nose and less so the eye?

It's also hard for us to monitor her as she doesn't get along with my resident cats so we've been keeping her in a separate room. She mostly hides behind the sofa except when we're in the room. These few months have been rough as my partner and I are crazy stressed out from work.

Just hoping for some advice - either from a medical POV or foster POV. Much appreciated!

Pics:

1 - when the scab is at its worst and eye pretty inflamed.

2 - when we first noticed the scab. You can see it's dark and thick.

3 - she's on antibiotics/allergy meds so it's better

4 - size of the scab: 1cm width by .5cm length

Have less than 3 weeks to launch a brand new product - covering design, website, content, PR, video, events, etc etc. Is this normal

I was given nothing except a few sales deck. The product positioning was being cooked up while I was preparing for the launch.

Of which, I have to:

- chase the sales team and do data cleaning for the launch newsletter to be sent out

- launch a microsite with vibe-code

- set up a CRM from scratch

- plan for 3 road shows, plus one brand-owned event

- prepare content for LinkedIn

- distribute press release (thank god my manager wrote it)

- writing creative briefs for designers

All these in 2-3 weeks. Is this humanly possible 😭 or which AI is capable of doing all of these

I 35F remember having such thick *strands* of hair that hairdressers would always praise me for it. But these days, my hair feels thin.. not even sure if I'm balding (I do have a history of male baldness in the family, females not so).

In particularly, the front parts where I used to have bangs feel thinner. There's also sometimes a weird cowlick so I can't part my hair properly.

What else can I do to stop the strands from becoming thinner?
