Do I buy this phone + subscription??

Hey, I'm looking to buy a Samsung Galaxy S25 Fe.

I've currently found one with a subscription and that has a capacity of 128 GB

It'll cost 364 kr (38 $) for 24 months, and that includes the phone itself and 20 GB + 45 GB extra.

Also says that this is included:

  • Free calls & SMS
  • 5G included
  • Save unused data
  • 100 international minutes
  • Includes 45 GB of extra data to use whenever you want

Phone recommendations for smooth and low budget ones

Hey, I'm looking for a phone, preferably a samsung that's low budget.

I'd like it to run smoothly, won't overheat and doesn't break after first fall.

Also I would've liked to be able to play games such as Mobile Legends Bang Bang and Clash Royale on it!

Any recommendations is appreciated.

Need an opinion on this office chair as someone with slight scoliosis

Hey, I can't really afford a more expensive office chair, and I really need one since I use a basic kitchen one with no armrest, or adjustable height. I've a slight scoliosis and wish not to worsen it.

The chair I found is:
Yaheetech Ergonomic Office Chair Armrests Adjustable Work Chair Delivery Chair Desk Black Chair with High Back | Armchair, Lockable backrest between 90° and 130°, adjustable lumbar support, breathable mesh (86 $)

This is like the expensive one chair I can get. Is it worth getting or are there better alternatives for ones with a little scoliosis? I'm 17 and wish to have it worse later.

Need help to create a workout routine with specific days.

Hey, I'm about to start school once again after the summer break and from around september, to february, I'll be given a free gym membership. (I'm turning 18, is 75 kgs & 181 cm)

One catch though, I must attend it every monday morning, either earlier or at 8:10 - 9:30 in the morning. And on fridays from 13:30 - 16:15.

I'm a newbie, only gone to the gym for free trial weeks, but never continued. I lack muscles in my back, causing posture issues such as APT & tech neck.

Question is, do you have any recommendations on what days I can go to including monday and friday? Would also help if I was given recommended exercises or muscle groups to work on. (Any bonus advice are appreciated)

Audio speaker for my monitor

Hey, my gaming monitor is 27GL83A-B.

Would it be possible to use:
Logitech Z150 2.0 Högtalare - 2 st (svart) (swedish language) for my monitor? Found them for 25 dollars, and my budget is very low.

Any opinions, or recommendations?

Bought used one, gave me the wrong one

Hey, I recently saw a gaming monitor on Tradera, "LG 27GN850-B Ultragear Gaming Monitor" apparently 2560x1440 27 inches.
Bought it for 70 dollars

So when I got the packet, it's the wrong monitor?
The one I got is:
27GL83A - B

So question is, is it worth making a refund, or do I keep it?

Because when I look at the monitor information, this is what comes up:

Xbox Series S & Monitor issues

Hey, I just got a lg27gl83A - B gaming monitor and is using it for my xbox series S.

Problem is the fps is only capped at 60 hz when using 1440p, or 120 hz when using 1080p, what can I do about it?

And there is no way to change the monitor default hz refresh rate, it only says 60, and tells me what the repsonse time is, which then I can choose, by slow, default, fast, faster.

When I play roblox, it caps on 60 hz??

Could someone help me make a glute, back and lower abs focused workout routine? (HOME)

Hey, I'm 18 M and skinny fat. Aside from that, I've learnt that I've an anterior pelvic tilt and very weak knees, as well as almost no back muscles.

I've been researching a bit, and came to the conclusion that I must stretch my hips to get a better posture, as well as build more muscles in the back.

The issue right now is I'm not being able to stretch that well, and it could be both a knee problem and glute problem. My knees creak and pop when doing anything really and my glutes are very very weak, therefore I'm not being able to stretch as I should be.

FYI I've a slight scoliosis that's fixable with proper posture and back muscles.

I've been trying to do more cardio but that alone won't help, that's why I need more of a specific routine for these specific muscles.

Therefore I currently need a home workout routine with no equipment which is to help my current situation. I've no back muscles at all, very weak ones, my glutes are weak and so is my lower abs specifically. Therefore before I can get a gym membership, which is like in September, I want to be able to do something from today.

Any other suggestions and tips are welcome thanks

Need help to know what to start with!

Where's my packet?

Hey, my packet was turned in 7 days ago, on 25th june, and said it'd take 1-3 days for it to arrive, yet a whole week has gone and I haven't got anything?

Could it be that they only deliver on specific days, or so? Because I haven't been able to get in contact with customer service, it's not availble.

The destination is from north sweden, to south sweden, approximately it'd take 16 hours to drive. (If specific cities are neccessary, I'll make sure to type it in replies)

3x fullbody home workout routine (hypertrophy)

Hey there, I'm 17M, around 75 kg and 182 cms (5'11/6'0). I'm skinny fat and I need help crafting a balanced 3x fullbody home workout routine with a priority on my back and shoulders. I've saved a few good videos online, specifically from TikTok, to see what type of exercises I can do, though it's all bodyweight since I'll be doing them at home.

However, I just need help knowing exactly how many times a week should train, along with the ideal sets and reps with a specific target of hypertrophy.

I forgot to mention, but I currently have no equipment. I was thinking of getting dumbbells, but other than that, I can't do much, so preferably body weight exercises.

Also, I'm all ears for other effective workout routines or program recommendations, thank you!
