Could someone help me make a glute, back and lower abs focused workout routine? (HOME)

Hey, I'm 18 M and skinny fat. Aside from that, I've learnt that I've an anterior pelvic tilt and very weak knees, as well as almost no back muscles.

I've been researching a bit, and came to the conclusion that I must stretch my hips to get a better posture, as well as build more muscles in the back.

The issue right now is I'm not being able to stretch that well, and it could be both a knee problem and glute problem. My knees creak and pop when doing anything really and my glutes are very very weak, therefore I'm not being able to stretch as I should be.

FYI I've a slight scoliosis that's fixable with proper posture and back muscles.

I've been trying to do more cardio but that alone won't help, that's why I need more of a specific routine for these specific muscles.

Therefore I currently need a home workout routine with no equipment which is to help my current situation. I've no back muscles at all, very weak ones, my glutes are weak and so is my lower abs specifically. Therefore before I can get a gym membership, which is like in September, I want to be able to do something from today.

Any other suggestions and tips are welcome thanks

Need help to know what to start with!

Where's my packet?

Hey, my packet was turned in 7 days ago, on 25th june, and said it'd take 1-3 days for it to arrive, yet a whole week has gone and I haven't got anything?

Could it be that they only deliver on specific days, or so? Because I haven't been able to get in contact with customer service, it's not availble.

The destination is from north sweden, to south sweden, approximately it'd take 16 hours to drive. (If specific cities are neccessary, I'll make sure to type it in replies)

3x fullbody home workout routine (hypertrophy)

Hey there, I'm 17M, around 75 kg and 182 cms (5'11/6'0). I'm skinny fat and I need help crafting a balanced 3x fullbody home workout routine with a priority on my back and shoulders. I've saved a few good videos online, specifically from TikTok, to see what type of exercises I can do, though it's all bodyweight since I'll be doing them at home.

However, I just need help knowing exactly how many times a week should train, along with the ideal sets and reps with a specific target of hypertrophy.

I forgot to mention, but I currently have no equipment. I was thinking of getting dumbbells, but other than that, I can't do much, so preferably body weight exercises.

Also, I'm all ears for other effective workout routines or program recommendations, thank you!

Are ANC earbuds worth the invest?

Hey, my budget is 40€ and I'd like to know whether ANC earbuds really will help cutting out noises, or if it's something that will slightly lower the sounds?

Also, wouldn't it bad that I'd use them for the rest of my life as a way to cope with sounds, instead of facing the issue head on, and trying to get over misophonia?

Is misophonia a condition that suddenly comes out of nowhere, or one you create yourself?

Hey, I’ve been dealing with misophonia for a few years now, and I’m 17M.

Chewing, sniffing, and everyday bodily sounds really irritate me. They trigger a fight or flight reaction where I either get very angry or feel like I have to leave the room ASAP.

I’ve tried discussing and explaining to my family what it is, but they make me feel stupid by saying it’s because I’m always focusing on the sounds, or that it’s something I’ve made up in my mind, which really isn't, I've tried explaining.

I get told to just try to ignore the sounds and not focus on them. I tell them it’s not that easy, but they insist and assume I never try to get over it, and that I should just try to get used to the sounds.

No disrespect to them, but it almost feels like they’re trying to convince me that it’s something I can just ignore, which I CANNOT.

What’s worse is that my dad has had dental surgeries, so he often chews with his mouth open and when I try explaining my problem to the rest of my family, they make it seem like I’m specifically focusing on his chewing sounds.

My sister even tried to tell me that when my mom chews with her mouth open, I’m not bothered, but when my dad does it, I suddenly start focusing intensely on his chewing sounds???

But apparently my sister is saying she has dealt with the same issues, she's 23, and that she got over it? She had some of my symptoms, but not all of them, for example, I almost lose control when I hear these sounds, I flex my fingers/hands when it comes to a point where I can't stand the sounds.

So, is misophonia solvable, or is it something I'm stuck with for the rest of my life? Because according to my family, they say, I've to fake it, until I make it, basically keep gaslighting myself that I'm not bothered by these sounds. Though I can't really control it.

Sorry for this long text, I haven't mentioned all of the stuff I deal with, just most of them.

Home Workout Routine (no pullups) and very weak

I want to begin home workout bodyweight without equipment.

These 6 is what I've thought of:

  • Push-Ups (Knees first bc I can't do normal)
  • Body Rows (not sure how I'll do it though)
  • Squats
  • Shoulder Taps
  • Plank
  • Lunges

Question is, how many reps and set should I be doing?

I heard from someone that doing progressive overload in this way would help a lot:

Say I do 1 pushup, 1 squat, 1 lunge, 1 shoulder tap, then do 2 of each, then 3 of each, and continue until failure.

Should I be doing that, or sets and reps??

Skinny fat and don't know what to do

I'm 17M and 5'11 (181 cm), I weigh 77 kgs (170 lbs) and want to become lean, so I can later on become better in all kinds of sports, specifically football and volleyball. I need to burn fat, not lose weight, and I barely have any muscles, especially in my back, which is giving me posture issues.

My plan was to work on my diet (calorie deficit as well as getting protein), as well as going for either runs or jogs. But I'm not sure if that's really helpful. I need a few muscles as well which will help in burning more calories.

I'm not in a gym, so It'll all be outside and in my room. Should I combine any weight training, or just go for runs in general? I could begin in a gym in summer, or after, but for now I want to know what I can do meanwhile.

My goal is to burn fat as said, so I can become athletic and leaner, as well as fix my posture through back training!

Question regarding real life

Hey!
I've gotten a bit obsessed with Detective Conan, and I have a few questions.

In Kogoro Mori’s situation, he works as a detective but only gets paid by private clients. Would it actually be possible to do something similar in real life, but get paid by the police instead? I can only imagine how nice it would be to work as a detective and solve different cases, kind of like in the anime. Although getting a new case every two or three days does seem a bit unrealistic.

The problem is that it was probably easier to be a detective back then, since technology wasn’t as advanced. Nowadays, I imagine being a detective would be much harder because of how much technology has improved.

It probably also depends on where you live. For example, Tokyo is the capital of Japan, so naturally more crimes happen there. But what about other countries? How does being a detective work there?

Since this is fiction, it’s probably unrealistic and maybe even somewhat romanticized, almost like propaganda for detectives, which I’ve kind of fallen for. The problem now is that I don’t think it’s healthy for me to want to be the same as, for example, Shinichi Kudo, since he’s the protagonist, and there’s most likely nobody really like him in real life.

Him being extremely smart, rich, and having very famous parents is probably part of the reason for his success and the way his parents lead his way through childhood and teenage years.

I apologise if this is somewhat a stupid post to make, but sometimes I feel like I've to do this, to not stay potenially unrealistic, thanks!

A dare

I dare anyone to watch the episodes featuring that faceless pitch black criminal late at night. Ever since I was a kid, those black figured people have always terrified me. It's deeply unsettling about seeing that lurking in the shadows when it's all dark, night and all silent 😭

It's goofy of me to post this but I wanted to share a personal experience of younger me

Do you guys remember Aiko? The women who sat beside the guy who had his head decapitated in the roller coasters?
She was framed by having a knife covered in blood put in her purse. BUT, my question is, where'd the blood on the knife come from?

It could've been anything such as animal blood, etc, but if the police had done a DNA test on the knife with the blood on, wouldn't it have been kind of proven that aiko is less seen as guilty?
