Image 1 — Prospect Hill Park has great signage about Revolutionary history and native plants being grown there, but there are no signs about this shack on one of the paths. Does anyone know anything about its history? It apparently has a fireplace and would make an incredible small apartment w/ a great view!

It's really interesting how the show was so meta and self-reflexive -- a show about nothing pitching a show about nothing -- and now there's no more meta, self-reflexive sub on Reddit than this one!

What terms or phrases did the show invent or popularize that became part of the popular culture?

POLITICAL MAILINGS: Is this only in my part of Cambridge, which might have an older demographic, or all over town?

I didn't check my mail for about five days last week, and then did. The box was totally jam-packed with mail, the majority of which were poltical mailings. There were like four from Decker alone, another three from Mackay and a bunch of others.

It just struck me as totally odd in this day and age. What a waste of paper and expense on high-end color printing and postal services when, I assume, the majority of people do not get their political information from these fliers.

They went straight into the recycling bin and it looked like many of my fellow tenants did the same.

I am an older man and caught this young, Gen Z woman with blue and yellow hair checking me out.

At some point, I made my move, asking her, "Does the carpet match the drapes?"

"What's a carpet?" she replied.

p.s. This joke is based on the commonly accepted idea that few young women have no pubic hair.

Because we don't allow reposts, I'll stole this. It only took 8-10 mins: James Hong's High School yearbook photo from 1947. He's best known for his roles as Mr. Ping in Kung fu Panda and Lo Pan from Big Trouble in Little China. His first role was in 1954 and he's still acting today at 97 years old.
