So my glasses fell in water and I dried them and work perfectly fine but I put them to charge in the case and they got super hot. Is this normal? My glasses did get hot before they got wet but not this hot.

I have been using Linux Ubuntu for a couple of months now and today I had a weird issue that some keys would not work like the space bar and n key. So as any normal person I went to restart my laptop and re booted up to Ubuntu and its just a black screen. How to fix? Ubuntu was working just fine this morning and now it does not load.

So I have the Oakley recording glasses, the clear ones with transitional lenses and a couple of days ago. I was in a little trip and they fell into water. I talked about it in my previous post here and after 2 1/2 days of putting them in rice, I tried turning them on and they don’t turn on and they do have batteries because when they fell, they had around 70% battery and I immediately turned them off. I know I shouldn’t have put them in rice, but I did not know at that time when I put it in rice.

So I was washing my feet in this little lake water place that I have in my grandparents farm place and I had thr glasses hanging from my collar shirt and they fell and fully submerged.

I bought a o3DS XL from eBay, and some stuff I want to do before I mod it needs an update. Is it fine that I update it, or do I need a specific firmware to mod it? On other Reddit posts, it says it is best not to update the o3DS XL because it makes it easier to mod it and harder if it is updated.

So I got my PS5 deep cleaned and thermal paste changed on my PS5 Slim that gas no issues except for it being a little too loud. Should I have cleaned it? From what I have seen online if a PS5 has too much dust built up to it can randomly turn off. My PS5 has nothing wrong besides it being a little too loud. I have seen that if the console has no overheating or randomly turning off it should not be necessary to deep clean. My PS5 isn’t that dusty.

I have probably not once have ever used the dynamic island. I’m already used to switching my apps and going to Spotify, for example instead of tapping on the dynamic island to tap on it the only useful thing I think it would be good is if you have a timer and you can see the timer or stopwatch.

I have the Oakley Meta HSTN and I have set so when I tap on the side of my glasses, Spotify opens up but for some reason Apple Music opens up and I don’t use Apple Music or even have an Apple Music subscription and I have Spotify connected to my Meta app I don’t know what’s going on and why is Apple Music opening up? Also the new Meta app UI is super confusing and the settings are everywhere and the whole app is now more annoying to use. And now the new updates are useless and pointless. All the glasses updates are just towards random AI features that nobody use. And now there will be a subscription for these Meta glasses. I am really thinking if I should’ve even bought these glasses in the first place. I have also set so that when I take off my glasses, any playing audio will stop, but for some reason it does not work and the audio still keeps playing after I take off my glasses.

I have seen that streamers play a looping animation when they start and end stream. How to make an animation like that? I don’t want any AI slop animation.

So I have my Canon camera and I have a video capture adapter and I have a HDMI to mini HDMI cable and apparently that was the set up that I needed to start IRL streaming on my iPhone, but then I quickly found out that connecting your video capture device to your DSLR only works on iPads and android phones which I do not own. I only have an iPhone 16 Pro Max so how can I stream using the resources that I currently have? I don’t want to pay for any subscription based streaming apps or anything I have a dummy battery for my camera and everything I am able to live stream on my PC with my camera, but not on my phone to IRL stream. I also have unlimited data so that is not a problem the problem being just compatibility because iPhone is not really supported for video capture cards. I found a really good app that actually works, but you have to pay. Also, I want to make it so that on my streams, I can easily switch from my IRL to OBS. I found an app called IRL tool kit, but you have to pay a ridiculous $130 a month which in my opinion is absolutely ridiculous for a beginner that is trying to livestream. Thank you if you have any suggestions of how I can live stream IRL, I don’t really want to use my phones camera because it’s not as good quality as my DSLR and I spent my very few amount of money that I have on buying an HDMI cable and a video capture card any help works.
