Just finished the demo on switch 2. Thought it was pretty good so far. Obviously a mix of assassins creed with jedi fallen order is the vibe i got from it. How is the long term gameplay? Does it get very repetitive or stay pretty fun? Hows the story?
See how the outside grey part is rounded? I need the inside to be rounded but it’s made from 2 pieces, 2 different colors. So i cant merge them. I tried creating like a fake piece to cover it up but i cant get it to blend well with the existing lines.
I tried doing the outside grey as a stroke thats sitting on top but that doesnt work either. Would requite the curve radius to be way bigger than I want in order to see it cover the inside corner.
I dont really care much for rebirth. They made gameplay changes from remake that dont work for me, and turning it more into assassins creed/breath of the wild doesnt work for me either. I love how remake is set up. Yes its linear but its fine. It tells a cohesive story and the gameplay is very focused, as opposed to rebirth which is just all over the place and doesnt know what it wants to be.
I kinda hope with part 3 (reunion is a good name) it gets back to what remake is. I dont need these open areas that are annoying to navigate and figure out where to go. I got real tired of running into dead ends in the grasslands. I dont need FF to be elden ring.
So frustrating. I just did the synergy combat challenge where you start off with enough synergy charges to use them, but for some reason they cant be used. No idea why. I ended up just killing the enemies and still successfully completed the challenge without ever once using an ability. Why is this so poorly designed? I hate this synergy system. I’ll probably never use it but i dont understand why i couldnt use these in the challenge.
Is there any other uses for this aside from linking it to healing materia? Also how reliable is the ai with using this?
What about linking it with something like poison?
Why would this aspect be on a two handed staff? Seems like a mistake.
This game is driving me crazy. Ok synergy abilities and synergy skills. I unlock a synergy skill for tifa called leaping strikes. But when i look at her combat settings, she doesnt have that one. Instead she has 2 others, soaring flurry and heavenly ascent. I cant even seem to change these anyway so idk wth is going on.
I really am not understanding what is going on between this folio thing and the skills she actually has.
Also why is this game not explaining anything about the difference between abilities and skills? For all the things remake got right, this one went way off in a direction that im not enjoying at all. It is just systems stacked on systems in hectic combat and just crap everywhere. Its really not great. Im trying not to bail on it yet but this isnt what i was expecting at all.
Playing the demo on switch 2. Ok so cloud has access to an early ability called wind current. It lets him unleash a wind attack without costing MP.
So does this mean that in order for him to use this he has to have wind materia equipped?
Each character has these early. So aerith has a lightning folio ability early, tifa has a fire one. So should aerith and tifa also have the materia equipped that align with these folio abilities?
Im a lightning sorceress. Trying to understand the difference between lightning and shock. Are they the same thing? So arc lash for example does +72% dmg? Shock is further down in the list btw.
Obviously early game but its nice when youre just watching the yellow numbers pop everywhere with a basic skill. Its new to the expansion.
I did like what many others did, install it in desktop mode and add it to steam library. Problem is it stops working constantly when they update battlenet. I did it this way before diablo 4 was added to steam.
My question is does buying d4 through steam bypass battlenet? Like does it eliminate these constant battlenet problems im having? If so i guess ill just have to buy d4 a second time. I am done dealing with battlenet on this device. Absolute nightmare.
Im bailing on factor. Portion size is an absolute joke. I had a meal last night it was cheezy bacon chicken with zucchini on the side. I swear the main was ALL CHEESE and like 3 pieces of chicken, and maybe 6 slices of zucchini. If this is all i ate for dinner i would starve to death. And it wasnt just this meal. This is a constant ongoing issue with them.
Tempo seems like it has a minimum 6 meals a week which is too much for me. I just need 4-5 max of low carb keto meals.
