In the famous scene where the Gravemind basically reanimates Regret to prove a point, the only way that makes sense is if there’s some mechanism by which the Flood can “retrieve” Regret’s consciousness even after the prophet’s physical body is dead. Because keep in mind:

1. The Chief had beat Regret to death at least several hours before the prophet was infected.
2. The building was also glassed.

Also take note of how Regret starts screaming when the tentacle gets lowered down, implying that the Regret the Gravemind reanimated isn't just the Gravemind using the prophet’s voice, it's the actual Regret and he’s fully aware of what's being done to him.

Keel Lorenz is one of the most important characters in the franchise despite only appearing for a combined total of 15 minutes. He is the leader of SEELE, and thus the architect of Instrumentality and really all the events of the entire series. Nothing else about him is known, despite being Eva’s ultimate “bad guy”.

He’s a Jewish Holocaust survivor, possibly experiencing it as a young child about the age of the main trio, who lost faith in humanity as a result of the trauma…and rediscovered his family’s strange, borderline heretical beliefs as a result.

Young Keel just didn’t think his family’s odd interpretation of Judaism was real….

From Keel’s perspective, Instrumentality is a solution to the problem that produced Auschwitz:

If the boundaries between people create alienation, hatred, and violence, then humanity can only be saved by abolishing those boundaries. Very literally so.

I usually don’t care about boys and Im busy with my own life but sometimes, especially during gatherings, it gets overwhelming and I just feel a deep empty pit in my heart when I see couples holding hands and just being there for eachother. I want that too :(. I have zero support system around me and im absolutely exhausted these days living with my parents and have no escape. And even when I remotely think about approaching anyone, i get scared.

Because Im a hijabi and brown. (Please no religious discrimination I do not wanna hear anything about that.) And the worst part? My type is white guys. I don’t know why. I mean i would not mind if any other guy from any race has chemistry with me like i’d not say no to them cuz they’re not white but atm all my crushes are the same. Sporty, active, funny, nerdy,tall and gentle. I hate that. I hate having this type. It is so unachievable and it’s genuinely making me depressed nowadays. Its not the only thing but it’s still messing with my head.
