Curious what you guys got planned and want to finish or start this year.
Mine is an attic conversion into an office!
Every dad eventually chooses a side.
Not politically. Spiritually.
You buy one drill…
then suddenly your entire garage becomes:
yellow,
red,
blue,
green,
or “whatever was on sale at Screwfix.”
So let’s settle it.

Glad you’re here. Let’s build something useful.
First big project done with baby #1 on the way.
Had to do some plastering, rendering and the usual prep work but so happy with how it turned out.
Barely scratches the surface on what’s to come, though, although I’m looking forward to it.
Super happy with how the turned out.
Down every single piece on our own, including some plastering & outside rendering.
Apart from the furniture, all in all cost around £250 including black out blinds and the carpet. Found some right good deals!
First nursery done — minus some pictures and shelves.
Been an enjoyable project.
Had to re plaster some parts, lots of filling and sanding but we’re 90% of the way there.
Curtains to go up, some photos on the wall and door to go on a small under stair part you can’t see.
Very happy with how it turned out!
Is anyone else still getting an obscene amount of lag and bumpiness whilst playing resurgence, especially on Havens Hollow?
I get at least 1 time per game where it lags so bad, I can’t control anything and sometimes throws me 30ft in the air.
The whole game just feels like it runs like shit and really affecting my experience.
My internet is stable and have tried to delete reserved space.
Any suggestions?
I’ve got the A40’s with mix amp and since I’ve had them, I’ve always had to unplug the mix amp and replug after switching my Xbox on to get full volume.
Seems like a I can’t even get them to now get full volume now, always sat at around 50% of what I get after re-plugging.
Anyone else had this issue? Would replacing the power cable maybe help? Any other fixes for getting full volume back?
I play on an Xbox series X.
Spent so long prepping the room before painting and the Gina job looks a little patchy and bumpy in some places.
Assuming best course of action here is another light sand with some high grit and another coat of paint?
Used a woven paint roller so sure a foam or micro fibre roller would give a better finish?
