Only TCP ports 22 (SSH) and 8291 (MikroTik Winbox) accept connections from external IPs. All other ports (TCP 80, 8729, 28728, and a random test port I tried) are refused, even though these services are enabled on the router itself with no address restriction (confirmed via /ip service print detail). Edge Network Firewall is Disabled for this IP, and Anti-DDoS is set to Automatic. Could you please check if there's an automatic mitigation or abuse-related port restriction active on this specific IP, and lift it?

My kitten has a clear discharge from his nose and sometimes from his mouth, along with pinkish swelling of his lips. He seems lethargic and inactive. He is 3 months old. There is no vet in my area.
