I bought a used switch and one of the side screws are stripped and I can’t get it out and I think I made it worse (explaining the scratch) I’m at the point of using a drill to get it out would that be safe for that side of the switch

The switch (tablet only) has a broken fan but turns on and I thought it was unpatched until I bought it for 60 bucks should I add a modchip myself pay someone to install a modchip or sell it and get a unpatched switch
