I am moving to literally another apartment two floors down. How complicated is it to just change the apartment number?

I move in two weeks and the next person won’t be there for another week so there’s time

I don’t understand how the same pack of blue tack can be either either to get off the walls using the blue tack method but then some of the spots are ungodly sticky like it was melted that is almost impossible to get off. Any idea why there’s such a difference and how to actually remove it? The ultra melty sticky stuff just causes the new stuff to stick to it and go bad too

I’m in the USA what is a good product I can use on my beige carpet to remove a big rust stain caused by a metal lamp base? Anything on Amazon that’s actually good? We’re moving and I want my deposit back but the lamp was next to the wall AC and when it rained the floor under the AC got wet and spread to the lamp

But I woke up with a circular line of what looked like four dime sized welts. It’s not at the waistband it’s below it directly on my butt about an inch and a half below the waistline. My arms and legs have been completely exposed but no bite like marks there. They look like the bed bug bites I had years ago before my allergic reactions got worse.

I keep being told it’s just friction, but they look like bug bites. But logically I wore 3 layers of clothes over that part of my body, I had an ice pack on there too cause of my back.. why would bed bugs crawl there when I have completely exposed arms and legs? I have zero other signs on the bed and it’s so hot so you’d think I’d have more than one set of anything. I also don’t go anywhere so I wouldn’t know where they’d come from??

I’d post a picture but … yeah can’t tell by bites typically and it’s in an awkward place since it’s literally on my butt near the center about an inch and a half below my underwear’s band

I sleep while laying mostly on a body pillow cause of my back so the mid butt is kinda.. not exactly touching the bed they’d have to climb up and somehow under layers of clothes? Do they do that when you have exposed arms and legs? Also I’m sleeping without a blanket cause it’s so hot so my torso is covered by a shirt etc

They are about - dime big at this point and are in a part circle in the area with one directly in the middle of my butt crease at the top there are 4 of them.. like a half circle

My so had a completely full laptop and it kept lagging so we did a reset to factory settings and now it keeps freezing anytime they try to play any games. And it’s loading extremely slow even slower than when it had a couple gb free space left. It is about 80 degrees in the apartment but they have a few fans blowing toward the laptop.

When I did it for my g14 it worked fine I’ve never factory reset a laptop and had it do this

Any ideas?

I’ve had this account for maybe 20 years. It’s in very good standing and I’ve had no real issues. I accidentally sent a payment to my friend by goods and services so she had to refund so I could send it properly. It gave me 3 options the phone number code, id and face scan so I did the phone number code and it went through

But I still have this stupid message under notifications saying to finish it with Id and face scan. This account is old it’s the same phone I’ve used for years. My payment went through to my friend so that’s fine. I know it’s a financial institution. I have no issues showing my id but I absolutely do not do face scans. Can I just leave it because my account is working fine? I am having a bout of severe depression so I look like an ugly rhino I don’t want anyone seeing me like this. I’d rather call and talk to someone if a problem happens.

I saw the law comes into affect today but there’s very few things talking another gifts. My friend in Japan sends me gifts for birthdays Christmas etc and it’s usually pokemon plush. She says she never has to mark the codes because it’s a gift. I saw only in a couple spots that gifts are exempt but there isn’t much going around that talks about this because it’s mostly buyee and importers upset over it.

My worry is customs will be stupid and flag my gift anyway. My birthday is coming up and she wants to ship me a plush but now I’m afraid it’ll be flagged regardless? Anyone have any idea? It’s the only thing I really look forward to..

I tried using dawn dish soap and I soaked it. It’s a tiny bit better but you can still see it there. I can’t afford to replace all the carpet and I don’t know when or how it got there but it’s from that red sunny d I’m assuming cause that’s the only red anything that’s been here.. or grenadine?

I heard of something called red 1? Would that help?

I bought 4 different tails over the years one from facetedfox and the other 3 from 2 other instagram sellers. So I tried previous posts methods. I reset my pass and used ! Which is a valid symbol but the app on my laptop still says the pass is wrong

My so was lagging in the game Overwatch and updated the nvidia drivers. Now when Overwatch is opened it just has a black screen and freezes. I have to push power to force shut down. This is the most recent Nvidia game ready driver from end of May. I also tried the studio version.

I’ve tried reinstalling the previous drivers using DDU, I’ve tried a settings file from another post for Overwatch, I’ve tried changing the nvidia settings in control panel and nothing is working. Hogwarts legacy also does this. When trying to press the volume button it’s also making the screen flicker.

How else can I fix this without a complete system format?

Less graphically intense games like visual novels are working.

Basically I bought a product on a preorder among 159 other people and the seller never sent the items. Instead they sold it to other people via Etsy while pocketing the preorder funds and sending us nothing.

I tried to run a dispute but they only give 60 days for a dispute.

I called at least six times and got rude disinterested employees. They claimed I didn’t have enough evidence when I included email correspondence, pictures of other buyers comments etc, running about 20 different screenshots.

There is no customer sat team that are willing to make it right, no place to email or write to corporate, and when you ask they claim there’s no one to help except the disinterested person on the phone.

It was handled horribly and they prefer to let scammers win instead of actually caring about their customer. Oh and there window is only 60 days, but sure they’ll make exceptions if they care enough to read beyond just auto saying no.

Wells Fargo on the other hand actually does real
Chargebacks and puts in effort and doesn’t have a 60 day window.

Problem is I have car insurance through USAA and they’re the cheapest, or I’d close my entire account and move everything elsewhere.

I’ve worked with several banks but their customer service handled this situation terribly. They just don’t care about their customers.

In a nutshell: I did a preorder along with 159 other people and none of us received the product. The seller sold the product to others while taking our money. USAA has a 60 day window to chargeback, preorders often take longer than 60 days. There is no info missing here unless I have to provide screenshots of the preorder page of people complaining they didn’t receive the stupid pins we ordered.

I also see multiple other posts complaining about USAA customer service within the last year, so it seems I’m not the only one who was treated apathetically.

Edit: looks like this guy also noticed the same things I did, among other posts I see from the past. But people are being way nicer to him, maybe people just hate the tism
