I stopped drinking today and I realize..

I realize the emotions and memories I am numbing using caffeine and they are all horrible.. I don't know at this point. The urge to numb it is far more than the urge to survive at times.

antidepressants all kinds of psychiatric pills are out of the question, I don't want to even get into them. They are the ones that have given me these issues.

when do i know i need to supplement with extra salt?

So today is day 2 and I feel extremely weak, I am consuming 30g of net carbs. Today I had 8 egg whites plus 2 whole eggs, chicken with onion and tomatoes, and I also had Okra.

now my question is when do I start taking this "lite-salt" thingy which is supposed to be a combination of sodium and potassium, also called as ketoade?

I do feel super weak but I don't know if it's just because I am starting out or I need to start adding lite salt, I Just don't know when to add salt because I do have kidney stones and I want to be cautious of salt.

What if i go into keto but make these modifications?

I am on an antidepressant known as "Mirtazapine" my cholesterol is pretty high, I was thinking about what if I go into keto but I use groundnut oil, chicken breast, and vegetables, nuts and seeds, eggs and keep carbs around 50-100 grams.

I do have a stomach ulcer, I don't know how that works in relation to this. But is this a good starting point at least.

I am not going super low carbs because I won't be consuming as much as fats. I am overweight, 30 years old about 179 cm tall and 85kgs.

This might not be a perfect start but at least a start right? I could take it from there once I start seeing some improvements.

currently my diet, is refine flour made breads, eggs and milk, oats, some chicken and tomato and groundnut oil.

How do you I prevent an arm break?

Like how can I enjoy this sport competitively without breaking my arm? I don't mind losing but what strategies can I stick to that will prevent it. Should i just stick to hooks? Some opponents are sometimes 10x stronger and they immediately pull with all their strength, I get a feel of their strength in the initial position but still they come up with these tricks like they force a top roll immediately and they grip my hand really strongly well so letting go because tough as well.

Day 5 - I feel more coherent

I am able to type better, and articulate myself better. I feel I have better coordination in general. I am still however, not through any of this yet.

day 3 - I had a meltdown

I cried a lot, remembered about the past a lot. Called my Mom, got angry, cried more. Yes, I have used caffeine as way to numb myself.
