Hi all, I've been developing daily dizziness since about March. I used to get dizzy spells occasionally since I was a kid but this is a daily thing now.

What were you feeling that led to your diagnosis? Would love some perspectives, cheers ♥️

Hi gang, I'm booked in for my 2nd lap next April with a new specialist. My pain this week jumped up to 11 though, and I'm going through my painkillers faster. I feel like my entire body has been ravaged by pain and I feel sick and exhausted.

How did you guys get through the year?

Hi all! Just wondering if there's a Discord available? I think my husband (dx,rx) could really benefit from a supportive group as he's not on Reddit anymore.

I think it would help him just to be in a group with people who get it, that he doesn't have to explain how his brain works.

I miss my Mum so much, she died 8 years ago. She was the only one who could comfort me. It's a long time to go without that comfort.

When I try to focus on the good things in my life, it makes me so depressed and anxious that I'll lose my fur babies some day. I've lost pets before and it was agony.

I would lose myself if something happened to my husband, he's my everything. Even though he doesn't know how to comfort me, I know he loves me and I love him. He's done so much for me.

I'm learning in therapy about anxious attachment and how to self soothe but I really think I'm just not designed to be self soothing. I need people. I need people who know me and love me to comfort me.

I have such pain in my heart and I don't know when, how or if it will ever go away.

Just had a blood panel done and my GP is stumped. I'm curious to know if other sufferers have elevated liver enzymes? Chronic inflammation can cause it, I've read.

Thank you, trying not to freak out.

Just had my liver panel and cholesterol done and all are elevated. I've read that this can be an effect of weight loss as the liver gets used to the different levels.

Can anyone chime in? I'm under medical supervision, getting rechecked in a week
