I added " Run It" to the first movie's credits because it fits the Mario lives better than the Sonic movies.

This song doesn't belong in the Sonic movies, but I say it works with the Mario movies because they're indecent.

How do you think they'll stylize the credits sequence for 4?

In my opinion, I think they'll replicate that 2D animation style that debuted in Sonic CD and was reused in Mania, Origins and Superstars.

My Smash 6 Weekend Wishlist

Base newcomers:

Captain Toad Goes Forth!

This guy certainly deserves a chance. His pick-axe and turnips are just right to battle with. He'll be armed without his big backpack, because it weighs him to the ground. Another cool feature is that the Captain can be swapped for Toadette as an alternate costume.

Shovel Knight Digs In!

To be honest, I don't know a thing about this character's series, but I do know he's a very requested fighter, so I guess he's in on this one.

Cai Seeks Fortune!

I know Sakurai thinks Fire Emblem is a bit overrepped in Smash, but if Fortune's Weave does any good, we might have found our next fighter.

Paper Mario Enters the Fold!

This character is perfect for the next Smash. His hammer and feet of stomping will give him a great moveset, and he could use one of his "thing" attacks for his Final Smash.

AiAi Rolls Out!

Not a lot of people request this fighter, but I have an opinion on why he should be invited. You see, third-party mascots have another one of their company's characters keeping them company. (See what I did there?) Snake has Simon, Mega Man has Ryu, Pac-Man has Kazuya and Cloud has Hero, but Sonic seems to be the only one missing out (and Bayonetta and Joker don't seem to count), so the star of Monkey Ball is the perfect guy to fit the bill.

Noah Forges his Own Way!

I'm not really a fan of Xenoblade, but I hear another rep from that franchise is needed, so I hope this is a good choice.

Crash Goes N. Sane!

One of Smash's most wanted goes for a spin. Alongside his classic spin attack, Crash has plenty of weapons to kick backside with, and Aku Aku would prove a good move for his Final Smash.

Octoling Freshens Up!

This fighter plays a bit like Inkling, with some moves they don't have.

Rabbid Goes Rabid!

I know this guy is sorta among Smash's "least wanted", but I'm sure he needs a chance, 'cause when the Rabbids do their games, Nintendo is their go-to guy for consoles. Perhaps Rabbid will share his reveal trailer with another certain chum, done as the third installment in the "trolling the Kongs" series.

Rayman Lends a Hand!

Even more most wanted than Crash, the Limbless Wonder has everything he needs for his moveset. He could have his signature moves from his series, possibly along with his power-ups from Rayman 3, and a mosquito could be his Final Smash. For his alternate costumes, he can use his colour schemes from his power-ups, along with his "Globox" and "Raymesis" colours to complete the set.

Meowscarada Blooms Into Battle!

The way I see it, it's about time we have a grass-type Pokémon thrown into the mix, and now that this Pokémon has become a most wanted, it's the obvious choice, unless Browt's final evolution is cool.

Poochy Scampers In!

Yoshi's the only member of the original 8 who's a solo rep in his franchise, so it's about time this changes. I know, most people would pick Kamek, but I prefer this guy more because he actually feels more like he comes from the Yoshi series.

Knuckles Runs It Back!

This fighter will have a moveset quite like his former Assist Trophy, and some of his fist attacks will have a flame effect, referencing a particular phrase.

Shadow Brings the Chaos!

I've developed a very clever moveset for this fighter, who will share his reveal with Knuckles.

Neutral Special: Chaos Spear

The obvious choice.

Side Special: Dark Rider

A bit like Wario Bike/Clown Car Dash, but it explodes when it hits something.

Up Special: Chaos Snap

Works just like Mewtwo's Teleport, except Shadow warps to the nearest fighter and attacks them.

Down Special: Chaos Control

A semi-clone of Witch Time.

Final Smash: Chaos Blast

Sorry, Super Shadow, but I ain't having no Echo Fighters in this roster.

Bandana Dee Tags Along!

Here's another most wanted, whose moveset is very recognisable. My idea for his Final Smash involves the Waddle Dee Ball from Star Allies.

Shantae Whips Up a Battle!

I don't really know much about this character, but I do know it's a most wanted, so in she goes.

DLC newcomers:

Koopa Troopa Gets in the Groove!

This character is a joke fighter. Honestly, the reason I need this guy in is because it might acknowledge the infamous "bah-bah" dance, which could be used as an attack. Besides, if Piranha Plant can get in Smash, then so can he.

Arle & Carbuncle Pop In!

This dynamic duo, alongside Knuckles, Shadow and AiAi, are here to help Sega get the recognition in Smash they deserve. Having Arle throw Puyos would be a good Neutral Special, and Carbuncle would essentially be Luma to Arle's Rosalina.

Foreman Spike Wrecks Havoc!

Honestly, it sounds like a cool idea to bring in one of Mario's old foes. The only decision to be made is whether he'll have his vintage design or an appearance similar to how he looked in TSMBM.

Jin Proves His Might!

I say it'd be a good idea to have another Tekken rep in Smash, and this character would probably be Ken to Kazuya's Ryu.

Skull Kid Cuts Loose!

This would fit the DLC, because LOZ hasn't had a Smash newcomer (outside another version of Link) since Melee.

Q*Bert Hops Into Battle!

I know this character is owned by a film studio, and he has a bit of a potty mouth (or so we think), but he's simply iconic, so I think he should join Smash.

Meowth Blasts In!

You'd be surprised, but I'm actually referring to the anime version of this character. I know he's not necessarily from a game, but it would be so crazy. For his moveset, he could use a range of Team Rocket gadgets, and maybe even his claws. For his Final Smash, he'll summon Jessie and James to cause some destruction. His partners will also be part of one of his taunts and victory animations, essentially Chrom to his Robin, or Rex to his Pyra. I can easily see him shouting "I'm blasting off again!" when he gets a Star KO.

Red Gets Even!

This guy's also a joke fighter. Sure, he's from a mobile game, not a video game, but he's part of the Sega family now, so why not? The Mighty Eagle seems good for his Final Smash.

Isaac Stands his Ground!

I don't know much about Golden Sun, but this is a most wanted character, so I guess this would work pretty good for the final fighter.

NOTES:

Daisy and Dark Samus will no longer be clones, as they'll be upgraded with new movesets. Daisy will even have her Crystal Smash move from Mario Strikers Charged as her Final Smash, behaving similarly to Greninja's Final Smash.

I've concepted a whole new moveset for Sonic to give him some recognition:

Neutral Special: Sonic Boom

Sonic uses this attack from Frontiers.

Side Special: Power Boost

Sonic shoots forth, his fist sticking out and charged with electricity.

Homing Attack is moved to Up Special, but Spin Charge stays put, and they both gain electric effects.

Final Smash: Sonic Overdrive

Sonic's new Final Smash still involves Super Sonic, but this time, it'll have a cinematic. He'll repeatedly pummel the fighter he attacks, finishing with the same punch he did to Super Shadow in the third movie.

Some of Sonic's other attacks get an electric effect too, and I hope they let Roger Craig Smith record new lines for his moveset this time, allowing them to bring back "You're too slow!".

I've seen what Nintendo's just done to Star Fox, and am certainly not happy, but there's a chance they keep their old looks in Smash, like what Sakurai did with Dedede in Air Riders.

Honestly, I'm not really among those who expect Waluigi to join Smash. Y'see, many Mario characters have played major roles in the series' history (yes, even Daisy), but to tell you the truth, Waluigi is not one of them. It seems spin-offs are his very reason for existence, besides being Wario's sidekick, so as a result, he doesn't really belong in Smash.

Happy late 3rd birthday to the spin-off that wasn't.

I understand, they were trying to manage the budget costs, but I just hope a Shadow/Tails spin-off will come to the big screen and not our device screens.

(Oops, I mean 2nd birthday.)

Charizard being a fighter in Smash works, but I can't say the same of Squirtle and Ivysaur. In my opinion, making Charizard solo in Smash 4 was the right thing to do. Squirtle and Ivysaur are better off as Poké Ball Pokémon.

Additionally, Incineroar is also a Pokémon I feel doesn't belong as a fighter, because if we end up getting a Grass-type in Smash 6 to complete the element trio, Charizard fits in way more than ol' Incin.

*See what I did there?

Quirky 13-year-old Hana Sachiko is just a normal high school girl, whose parents own a tea shop in Japantown, San Francisco, but she yearns for significance. Excitement builds when Hana hears that her long-lost uncle Riki will be coming over to move in with the rest of his family, but when he arrives, they're treated to a big shock. Two months ago, an ancient curse had turned Riki into a giant Tanukitsune - part tanuki, part kitsune, 9-feet-tall, fluffy, and somehow increased in appetite. Seen by those around him as a dangerous beast, Riki feels he no longer fits in, and desperately wants to go back to being human. When Hana learns her uncle's pain, she volunteers to guide him - alongside some hilarious friends - on a journey to break the curse, and along the way, not only does Riki get to spend some quality time with his niece, but soon learns that being a Tanukitsune is a lot more fun than he could have thought.

NOTES:

You may remember how Turning Red and K-Pop Demon Hunters had plenty of similarities and anime-esque moments along with a cool band, but the former's theme was Chinese, and the latter's was Korean. Well, I plan on having Uncle Beast be the Japanese counterpart.

For the studio behind this movie, my pick would be Illumination. I know their recent films aren't too decent, but they're my favourite studio.
