I am tempted to test it like this, if it works then it works, if not I'll have to take it apart again.
This card is quite old and I am servicing it fully by changing pads, re-pasting it and cleaning it but not sure how to get rid of so much oil, tried cotton swabs but it just pushes it around, thinking in just spraying it, soaking it with a lot of 99% iso alcohol and scrub it with an electronics brush, and place it on it's side so everything falls out, is that the way?
I dismantled completely my GTX 1080ti EVGA FTW3 to deep clean it, change thermal pads and re-apply thermal paste, everything else will be clean with 99% iso alcohol but this heat sink can it be submerge in water with dish soap? lol
When I tried testing my hardware in some games like PUBG with very low settings and vanilla minecraft, both games crashed each time after a few minutes of gameplay, my temps were good so I think I either have a faulty GPU or PSU, to find out I will just clean all the oil that leaked from the thermal pads, which I got a feeling that's why is not working properly but we would see.

I got a x299 Rampage VI Extreme motherboard that is only limited for the intel X-series cpu's, the last one that came out and most powerful was the i9-10980XE back in November 2019 but I believe this is too overkill for streaming and gaming or is there another that will be better for the task? I am not buying new, every part will be used.
I been building a pc for the last 3 days, I managed to install everything I needed, windows, drivers, configure bios and was doing just fine, I always turn off the psu after turning the pc off.
So today my pc was turning on but not displaying anything, I found out online that it had to do with ram needing re-training, so I followed a video online that I was required to turn off the psu, disconnected and press clear CMOS, I did that and I had no luck, tried it a few times and at some point I pressed clear cmos when my pc was still on and I had an error appear on my motherboard, Code A2 CMOS error and the 'Clear CMOS' button is on in a light green colour, at this point I am deciding between sending it to someone to fix it but I think it will be cheaper to just buy a new motherboard or maybe one of you can save me £100
I almost gave in the urge to throw the pc out of the window.

I been doing alright, I been struggling to understand my H100 v2 cooler in how to connect it to the motherboard and can't seem to find the NVME slot for my SSD but so far so good.
Haven't turned this thing on yet, I will probably wait till tomorrow as it is midnight, if I burn the house down my parents will be less mad if is daytime.
EDIT: I love how mad everyone is for the fact that I used AI to help me, haters going to hate, if it worked for me sounds more like your problem.
I am doing a bench test and I don't know where to connect my H100i v2 CPU Cooler into my x299 Rampage VI Extreme motherboard, this small tripe cable connector has the number 2510 in it, I tried to look online but I got confused.
Also last photo are some cables that I got that were inside the box, it was a second hand cooler, if someone can tell me what those cables are for I will appreciate it,
MANY THANKS.
- The wage gap exists because men in average do higher paying, higher stress jobs with longer hours than women, wanting to equalize this creates privilege
- Women are able to serve in the arm forces voluntarily, men will be drafted if a major conflict takes place and women will be allowed to serve but in positions away from the front lines, take Ukraine as an example. Therefore the right to vote for a government that will be pro or against war should be only granted to men.
- Mix schooling, where boys and girls attend the same school will eventually lead for the infrastructure and environment changes to prioritise and show favouritism to the girls needs and development than boys, therefore is a big part of why girls do better than boys in average and boys are misunderstood and left behind, separate schooling is the answer.
Those are 3 main points of many, the moment I became Christian is the moment I saw how untrue and damaging to society feminism is, incompatible with conservatism and Christianity, I also believe is the main reason why transgenderism became mainstream but this will a topic for another time.
I (23M) been struggling with mental health for these last 2 years to the point I can't work, hang out with my friends, be around my family, go outside the house or do the hobbies that I used to love like going to the gym, I used to go 6 days a week.
I been completely isolated and I hated drinking my whole life, I thought of it as a bad pointless habit as I always counted my micronutrients and was very careful with what I ate, a few months ago I simply went to the fridge and grabbed one of my stepdad's Heineken's and at first I hated the taste but after drinking it, it slightly numbed my mind to the point I was able to ignore my bad mental health, I went from grabbing a beer occasionally one or twice a week to drinking a can after waking up and before going to bed everyday, it feels like the only way I can be around people, be outside the home and take initiative to do things, I been starting to do this recently, I been doing this for 2 weeks, it helps me to sleep.
Not sure if I am writing this post to ask for advice or just share this with you but this is my life so far, its a cope good in the short term, bad in the long one, I probably should stop but it feels somewhat hard as I found something that is keeping me from thinking in painful things.
Could you guys
I am building a budget pc so I think I did pretty good.
