To give you a context I work in a government PSU, For ordinary eyes, it's a stable job ,work is demanding it includes sunday as well. But husband of my colleagues also work in PSU Maharatna. He get really good benefits and company praise their work while my organization mistreat us and even threaten us with SCNs.
