How are these landlords ok with listing their run down shacks for $3k a month? literally the thing look like it can collapse on you at any moment, i genuinely don't understand what goes through these people head most of the time when they're in the real estate space. feels like housing in this area are absolute horse poop and nothing got upgraded since the 1940s. Only thing good left is the food here, thanks for reading my rant.

Hi everyone, my family and I are currently looking for a house to rent in the San Gabirel/Alhambra area. Our current landlord plans to have us move out by the end of this year, so we're trying to find a new home ahead of time.

• 4 people
• House only (not an apartment)
• 2+ bedrooms preferred
• Budget: around $2,600/month
• Parking for 3 cars
• Looking to move as soon as possible
• Prefer a long-term rental
