How are these landlords ok with listing their run down shacks for $3k a month? literally the thing look like it can collapse on you at any moment, i genuinely don't understand what goes through these people head most of the time when they're in the real estate space. feels like housing in this area are absolute horse poop and nothing got upgraded since the 1940s.
